Rated 5 out of 5 by from No heart monitor YEA!! I have been looking for a watch with a pedometer....period. No fancy smancy stuff....no internet, no phone, and no heart monitor. My daughter has one with a heart monitor and she cannot wear it because the heart monitor sensor irritates her skin and leaves a bright red mark that hurts and itches. I have sensitive skin and I am quite certain I would have the same problem. I like the fitbit, simple and it has software so you can track your activity.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I should have checked software compatibility. I had to return, as my cellphone (a Samsung Galaxy) does not support the Fitbit software. I tried to upload the software to my desktop computer, but it also wanted no part of the software. I was a bit disappointed, as both my sister and my niece adore theirs. Guess I will have to keep looking for a solution that allows for non-technologically inclined people to use this or similar products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Am I A Sleep Walker Now?? I just got this yesterday (11/15/17) & set it up immediately. I was so excited to use it & even went to the gym to see how it worked. It didn’t give me the info I needed. I want something that shows how many calories I am burning during my cardio classes. I also used the sleep tracker & when I woke up, it said I walked 58 steps. I don’t know how that is unless I sleep walk (I don’t btw). I work in a call center & today while sitting at my desk, it kept adding steps. How? Is it thinking I’m walking because my arm is moving from typing? I don’t know. I just know it is inaccurate & too sensitive. I am sending it back ASAP.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect Ordered my Fitbit to help with fitness goals, and Im very pleased with the features and ease of use. Specifically keeping track of steps within the day. The band however is very difficult to put on. I have a very small wrist, and putting it on in the morning takes me a long time. I wish it had a more traditional type band. Someone who has big fingers or arthritis would find this type of clasp impossible. For this reason I give it 4 instead of 5 stars.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best tracker This is my second Fitbit. My first one was the One and I loved it. The Alta ont the other hand is not so great. The battery dies quickly and it is not at all accurate. It only counts steps if you move your arm along with steps. It does not register steps if you are pushing a shopping cart. Also it counts any arm movements as steps.
