Just right for an odd space-
I was happy to find this in olive. It fits in a little nook in my kitchen by the stair landing (across from my duraflame :) It provides an extra seat when everyone congregates in the kitchen and doesn't take up much space. The rest of the time it stores my Shark mop accessories.

good quality
This ottoman is in the master bedroom ,fits nicely in a corner .I got the olive colour .The quality is so good and looks expensive .Strong enough to sit on and has storage as well .Get this you can't go wrong .Looks better than on tv .

Great Ottoman!!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this ottoman. I have been looking for months at ottomans and the prices were out of this world. I wanted functionability as well as a good price. This fits the bill for me. I would recommend it.

Purchased one
Love this. Set it at an angle near the dresser in the bedroom. Keep my every day cardigans in it. What a lovely accent piece and so useful.

Nice for the Price
I ordered one of each color and put them together in my living room. I just liked the way they looked. All of mine were in excellent condition and looked nice. The storage is nice and they are comfortable to sit on, just the right size for just about anyone, especially kids. I wish they made one of these in blue as I would order some for our downstairs family room.

Just OK
I will admit these ottomans are very attractive - but as another reviewer wrote: the lids do not sit flush onto the top. I bought two of them and one fits a little better than the other. Fortunately - I have bought other items from Valerie and have no complaints with them . . . . however - this one misses the mark. And again, as was mentioned by another: due to the awkward placement of the lid with it not fitting properly - I would never sit on one or allow a guest or pet to do so either. I will keep them because the reasons I purchased them were the shape and for storage of my dogs' toys when company visits - but there should have been a little better quality control.

BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED
THESE ARE WORTH SO MUCH MORE AND WE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THESE. WE BOUGHT THE NEW ONES OUT, TUFTED.
ONE GREAT IDEA FOR THESE IS OUR ELDER DOGS JUMP UP ON THESE AND THEN CAN JUMP EASIER ON TO THE COUCH.

awesome little ottoman!!!
I ordered the 1/4 round ottoman because I have a corner in my bedroom I wanted to put a small bench or storage table in. I saw this ottoman would fit perfectly in the corner (which it did) and I use it to put my sheets in, instead of storing them elsewhere. At LEAST 2 queen sets would fit in this ottoman. I love it!!! I am looking for additional areas in my house where I could tuck others. Would recommend highly!!!

disappointed
they look great at first glance, bought 2 red and 2 dark brown to get the look that was on the live broadcast. the lids don't quite sit right, the small nubs on the underside of the lid dictate how the lid will rest and they are poorly and inconsistently placed making the load bearing capacity of 250 lbs. extremely overestimated. the lids don't all rest the same making them look a bit awkward when placed together. This was my first purchase from Valerie and it will be my last. great idea but poorly made, not worth the price.

VERY PRICEY
RECEIVED THIS OTTOMAN I THINK IT IS WAY TOO PRICEY I THINK IT IS MADE WELL BUT DOESN'T HOLD THAT MUCH FOR THE PRICE I LIKE AND HAVE SEVERAL OF VALERIES OTHER COLLAPSEABLE OTTOMAN AND IT IS ALOT LESS MONEY THAT ONE IS MY FAVORITE NOW IF I COULD AFFORD 3 MORE AND PUT THEM TOGETHER AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO IT WOULD BE BETTER TOO PRICEY

YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH!
I purchased two - to sit at the foot of the bed, atop a "round" throw rug. Their half-moon shape looks superb over my round rug, not to mention the benefits of hidden storage for my CDs and sewing apparatus! The ottoman surface holds the bedspread that is not always needed! Contrary to what was mentioned in the presentation, I don't feel they have a "real leather" look, but properly placed, they still enhance any room's decor while giving you extra storage for whatever. Great seating for putting shoes on/taking off. Wish I'd picked up four more for my basement rec room. I think the vinyl covering should withstand humid conditions far better than "wood" or "leather".

Beautiful!
Ordered 2 of these in the red. The red is such a rich cherry red. It makes a great accent color in the room. I'm thinking about ordering 2 more of these to make a full circle and mix it with a different color. These hold a lot of stuff inside and are very comfortable to sit on. I'm also wanting some of these in the square shape as well. These are a great price compared to what ottomans cost in most stores. And yes...these do look like real leather. Good job Valerie!
