WASTE OF MONEY
I love cookbooks, not this one, there is not one recipe worth having, 3 different ways to cook catfish for instance, cmon now. this is typical of the book, I can spend hours going thru a good cookbook, took less then 10 minutes to know I hated it.

Southern Food for Everyone
This book has some great recipes, and beautiful pictures. But the thing that makes this book so special is that Tammy gives us the calling card on farm products ranging from figs to country ham, from corn to peanuts, and not only that, the web address, mailing address, plus everything we need to order these product. She makes me want to get in my car, gas up, and head north on I-75 to some of these locations. Lane Peaches is only 45 min. from my house, and Hardy FarmsPeanuts is just 30 min. away. Vidalia onions is no problem, as my brother lives there, and the Hendersonville, NC Curb Market, where I spent many a summer in my childhood, offers everything you need in freshness! This is truly a cookbook for anyone who likes to eat and serve fresh foods. Nothing processed here!
