Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pizza pan is just what I have been wanting! I have been wanting to find a good quality pizza pan now for awhile. We recently had a group of relatives over & we had frozen pizzas. They all recommend baking it right on the rack which I hate doing due to the extra mess involved. This pan has the vents in it to allow for a crispier crust which is what we were wanting plus it is very sturdy / well made!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pan I was very impressed when I received this item. The size is larger than most so it fits all pizza's. The weight of the pan is light in lifting, yet the heaviest pizza pan I have ever owned in density (hope that makes sense) I did have to adjust my cooking time slightly as it seemed the venting on the pan made my crust crispier than I wanted by the time the rest of pizza cooked. But once I figure it out - Love It!
