On the Product Detail pages, why do I only see the top and the bottom of the page and nothing else in the middle?
Flash 8 or higher is required to view QVC's videos. To get the latest version of Flash, click here.
Where did 24-hour Product Review go?
Great news – instead of only reviewing 24 hours of programming, we review a full week! To signify this change, we now call the feature Items Recently On Air. You can find it in the left navigation on the homepage.
Why isn't there a product description on the Product Detail page?
The product description is located below the large product image. You may need to scroll down the page to read it.
Why can't I view the QVC TV live video?
A broadband connection and Flash 8 or higher is required to view QVC's videos. To get the latest version of Flash, click here.
Why do I only see the Eastern Time Zone in the Program Guide?
To change the time zone, click on the dropdown box where you see Eastern Time Zone and select Central, Mountain, or Pacific.
