The Waitlist option is offered when an item is sold out, and there is a reasonable expectation that the item will return to stock within 45 days. Although placing an order on our Waitlist is not a guarantee that stock will be received, it is a good way of reserving an item if it does come into stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified within 45 days.

To cancel an item, access the Order Status link in the upper right-hand corner of any QVC.com page. Enter your email address or QVC Customer Number and PIN. Click on the order number and select the item you wish to cancel. If a cancellation is possible, you will be presented with the Edit This Item link. At that point, you can select the Cancel button. If the order is too far along in the shipping process to cancel, the link will not be presented and the item will be shipped to you as scheduled. Upon receiving the package, should you decide to make a return, please follow the instructions on your pack slip.
Using the QVC Address Book, you can keep a list of all your shipping addresses. You simply enter the names and addresses of your family and friends into the address book, and we'll keep them on file for you. Then, when you order a product, you can select whichever ship-to address you want, from a convenient drop-down box, when you choose Standard Checkout for the order.

Auto-Delivery is a convenient and risk-free program that allows you to enjoy the benefit of receiving your favorite QVC products, at your original order price, on an automatic shipping schedule that meets your individual needs. It's about having what you love, when you want it, at a price that's guaranteed.
QVC products that are available on Auto-Delivery are clearly identified and can be easily ordered. After you place your Auto-Delivery order, you don't need to reorder the item again. You will be billed for and will be shipped the first shipment in your plan promptly after your payment is processed. Your subsequent shipments will be billed at your original order price and will be automatically sent to you on a regular shipping schedule (for example, approximately every 60 or 90 days) or on a schedule that you can conveniently customize to fit your individual needs. Delivery and billing are repeated until you cancel your Auto-Delivery plan or until the plan reaches its automatic end date. A plan will also automatically end if the total number of shipments or products offered in the plan have been sent.
There's no obligation to remain in the Auto-Delivery program and you can cancel your plan at any time. You can also conveniently manage your Auto-Delivery plan(s) online by visiting QVC.com or by calling a Customer Service Representative at 888-345-5788.
Online Auto-Delivery Management is a convenient tool to manage your Auto-Delivery orders. Just click on Order Status, and from there, you'll be able to change how frequently your Auto-Delivery item is sent, delay, accelerate, or skip your next shipment, and change the quantity of the Auto-Delivery items you ordered. You'll also be able to change your shipping address and payment information and see when your next delivery is estimated to arrive.
Yes, you may cancel your plan, at any time, online or by calling Customer Service at 888-345-5788. You will not receive or be billed for any future shipments unless a shipment is too far along in the shipping process or has already shipped.
You can view, manage, and customize your plan online. Click on My Account at the top of your QVC.com screen, then select Auto-Delivery Plans to see a list of your plans or click here. To access a particular Auto-Delivery plan, click on the View/Edit Plan link.
Once your first item in an Auto-Delivery plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Some restrictions may apply for certain Auto-Delivery plans and at certain stages in the shipping process.

You may pay by QCard® or another credit card of your choice, check, or money order. If you pay by credit card, your card will be billed automatically at the time each shipment is sent to you. If you pay by check or money order, a reminder will be sent to you before each subsequent shipment is mailed. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price. Simply follow the return instructions on the pack slip that's included with your shipment. You may also contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788. Returning one shipment won't cancel your entire Auto-Delivery plan; you'll continue to receive future shipments according to the shipment schedule for your product. If you choose to make two consecutive returns for refunds in your Auto-Delivery plan but still wish to remain enrolled in the plan, please contact Customer Service to arrange for future deliveries. Otherwise, QVC will automatically cancel your Auto-Delivery plan. Please contact Customer Service before returning perishable items such as food or plants.
You can usually change your shipment frequency or accelerate, delay, or skip a shipment on most Auto-Delivery plans that are scheduled to ship for a limited time before they automatically end. This is also true for plans that are scheduled to ship a specific number of shipments before the Auto-Delivery plan automatically ends. If you modify your shipment schedule on these plans, it may impact the total number of shipments that you can receive before the plan automatically ends.
If available, you can reinstate or reenroll in certain Auto-Delivery plans at your original order price using the Reinstate Plan option visible on the Order Detail page. If you prefer, simply contact Customer Service at 888-345-5788.
