Had my first ever pedicure on the Fantasy ship and this was used on my feet and legs.
I LOVE it. The smell is a nice light fragrance not overpowering like some can be.
The only bad thing is you HAVE to put the bottle in warm water any time you want to use it, not just when it is cold. I do not use AC and the bottle was not liquid at all. No big deal, just put the bottle in the shower with you and it will soften up so you can pour it. There is a screw cap on top so you don't have to worry about it sneaking out in the water. That is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

I also experienced this product for the first time while on a cruise. It feels so great when you apply it warmed. Takes you back to the spa on the cruise.

I purchased a bottle of this a few years ago at a cruise ship spa. It is WONDERFUL. It does solidify between uses. Just place the bottle in a sink of warm water and it liquifies quickly. It softens skin immediately and the scent is beautiful. Yes, it is expensive, but it lasts a long time. A little goes a long way. I will definitely purchase another bottle when the first is gone. This Elemis product is a luxurious indulgence.
Rated 2 out of 5 by LovelyHeaven traditional monoi?
Actually, traditional monoi is made by infusing the Tiare flower (Tahitian Gardenia) in coconut oil. Tipani (Frangipani/Plumeria) and other flowers or fragrances would be added for scent variation. Depending on where you get it, a 4oz bottle of the traditional Tahitian monoi is maybe $6 to $10. So I think $50 is a bit too steep. But, I guess it's a nice bottle....and it comes from a prestigious brand....o_O

I purchased this during a SPA visit on a recent cruise, it is a great oil and smells good as well. I am glad to see it here, although I would do another cruise to get more of the Frangipani products.
