DO NOT PURCHASE THIS JUNK!
I have had the tv for 6 months! First day I recieved it I noticed the volume was terrible, but who wants to repack a tv and ship it back? Not me so I just hooked it up to my surround sound an d problem solved! A month ago I could no longer turn the Tv on and off with touch panel, but will work with with remote. I called the warranty department and they said I have to buy a box and pay for shipping for them to replace my tv. I should have sent it back the first day and been done with it!! Lesson learned! I also found the tv $300 cheaper on other sites!!

Great TV, Great Value
Very impressed with this TV, arrived several days before the estimated delivery date too. I have read the other negative reveiws and the only thing that is accurate is the speakers, which are horrible. However, that is pretty normal for a TV this thin and can be very easily fixed by hooking up to a sound bar or system.
As for the other negative comments, not true. Now if you are looking for the absolute highest quality and other fancy features, then go buy a much more expensive TV, which naturally will give you everything. But, for the value of this TV for most normal, everyday viewing, this TV is perfect. The picture quality is no different than my Samsung TV.
The EZ pay make it even more budget friendly and free shipping. Do not hestiate to buy this TV.

Great tv....Until...!!!!!
I purchased my tv in july 2012, the tv was very slim , great picture quality, easy set up, i was super happy.. ! then two weeks ago,Monday night I turn the tv off, then Tuesday
morning i go to turn it on,... no picture, no sound, just the power light,, to make a long story short, the tv just stopped working,so i did my research after the fact..:( this is common with this brand.. i called the company, and they stated they can have a technician fix the tv if i live in Michigan, which i dont, so i must now ship the tv back on my dime,.. moral of this review is pls read about a product before you purchase it, and read, read, read the warranty..

Great pictures but minimal sound quality
TV has a great pictures but sound is not so good. You have to really turn the volume up high to get almost decent sound. The system is lacking volume needed to enjoy football, music, etc. (zero bass) It's a great purchase if you have a surround sound system to hook to this TV.

Terrible!
I purchased this TV to replace an old console tv and had never had a flat screen. I was a little behind the times and knew that I wouldn't be too picky about picture or sound as I didn't have much to compare it to. Anything would be better than the old tv I already had. So I thought.
No, thats not the case.
First of all, the sound is terrible, there is only one little tiny mono speaker that sounds like a tiny portable tv. I did hook it up to my stereo system and it was better however, I don't always want to be hooked up to the sound system just to watch tv.
Second, the picture is ok as long as you are watching a HD channel/program and all the rest of the programs are blurry and grainy.
Third, the tv is wobbly and lopsided. The stand is nice but doesn't hold the tv very well. it is top heavy and will easily topple over, it also moves side to side and so when you are watching the screen it is lopsided.
I will be returning the TV for a better quality. don't buy this TV!

great tv for a great price
I ordered this tv on a saturday and received it the following Friday, less than a week! This tv was very easy to assemble, only weight approx 65 pounds very light. the tv itself is very well made and looks as good as any other high end brand. It comes with a beautiful, glass stand. the picture quality is awesome...the sound however could be better, i had to tweak the audio settings a little which helped out but i definitely need to get a sound bar or a surround system. There are so many audio/video inputs including 3 hdmi, .. i had a lot of mp3 music on my usb drive which i just plugged into the back of the tv and was able to play my music! Additionally it also came with a hdmi cable which saved me from buying one. My plans are to buy a dell desktop that has a hdmi port and use that to plug into my tv. It looks like in order to take advantage of the HD TV, you need to buy an antenna and plug into the back of tv. Overall awesome first buy for me on QVC, very easily done and love the 5 installments, especially for a person on a budget!

Great Buy!!
My brother & I both bought one & we are both extremely happy. I do not have a huge room, but I do not have any problem with the sound or picture. I monkeyed around with the color after reading the reviews & the picture is just fine. The free shipping & handling, the easy pay & the price made it a steal. I would buy one again.

Just received a few days ago and I love it!! This item was packaged very well. I love the touch buttons on the bottom right!! The only problem I see is that it's very top heavy, wobbly and recommend to place on a short stand if you have children or mount the tv.

Luxury with Easy Pay
TV looks and SOUNDS great. Alot of other TV's have had issues with sound, this one is excellent. 120 GH refresh is awsome and full 1080 is amazing. No need to buy an expensive brand.
I have owned this for a year so far without any issue. This thing has multiple HDMI ports and to can swap between cable/satellite/ computer and Ps3 super quick.
Gaming and blueray have never been better!

Good Buy!
Purchased this as a family Christmas gift. The picture is excellent. The sound is good as well. I'm not sure if the ones leaving negative comments abount the sound don't know how to properly set it or don't have proper cable hook-up.. We also have surround sound hooked up as extra and w/ that it sounds awesome. But even without it sounds great. It's also best to have HD cable since this is an HDTV.. some of the reviews may be based on not having that which can distort the picture. But watching TV w/ this in HD is almost like 3-D.
