Disappointed
If this purchase had been my first with QVC, I would never order anything else. This vacuum is so disappointing, frankly, it's a piece of junk.

Worth buying another for upstairs!
I also don't understand the poor reviews...my old one died and I bought this because of the name and the weight. Very happy, great suction and extremely light which makes
navigating easy. Like it so much that I decided to get one to keep upstairs so I
always have one to access easily. Even like the bags...more durable and easy to attach.
My only suggestion would be to have height adjustments for bare floor vs. high pile carpet.
Nevertheless it seems to work anywhere!

No Way!
I bought this because of the name brand and the great price. When it came to my house, I was sooo disappointed upon opening the box and trying to put it together. The screws didn't fit...and the vacuum itself looked so cheaply made. I was so disappointed. I sent back immediately. Don't know how quality control passed this one!

Great suction in a house with cats
We bought this vacuum cleaner when it was first offered, then bought another one today. Excellent suction, easy to maneuver, it's the go to vacuum because it's so light and easy to use. I don't understand the poor reviews.

not a good vac at all
Purched 12/7/11 used maybe 10/15/times by 1/12/11 it would not even pic up lint iff the floor.my 30 days has pass.paid 189.00 on eazy pay.i'm still paying for a machine that doesnt work..do not buy..

great product
we got this as a gift from my mother. my wife used it and we smelled an odor , so I opened the belt area and found that the belt was on wrong.. the belt was touching the little red fin you see near the belt path so I replaced the belt and made sure it dose not touch the little red fin which i think is acting as a guide. the wife now loves it , no smell and it now has the suction power . The only thing is there is no attachments .

wish I would have read reviews before I purchased this. poor suction, difficult to push,
smells bad while running.......dont bother this one is not worth the money at all!!!!

terrible
I bought this hoping it would improve on the dirt devil I owned before,Well it turned out to be worse the suckon was not very strong and it smells like the rubber band that drives the roller is always melting no matter what height it is adjusted at.

Unsightly Tracks
Did not like the 'crop-like' series of track lines that the bottom plate made on my carpet. Suction is ok, but I donated mine.

Avoid this item
What a piece of junk. First of all, assembly was a great big pain...I had to run down to Home Depot to get a proper sized screw. It feels like it has a lot of suction but doesn't actually pick up any dirt...especially poor at picking up pet hair...it takes several swipes to get the hair. Also, it has a strange smell, as if something were burning. My receommendation is to avoid this product. This ain't your grandmother's Electrolux.

extremely dissapointed
I have been pruchasing electrolux since they used to come house to house. so i know the true quality of the electrolu vaccum cleaner. THIS SAYS ELECTROLUX BUT IT DOUSNT HAVE THE QUALITY THAT ELECTROLUX WAS KNOWN FOR.
