The best!
This is the best little tool. You can run it for 20-30minutes on a charge, an it has 2speeds. It has an off/on switch and weighs almost nothing. The center pulls out into handbag with one button. I would consider buying a spare.

Works Great!
I received this a few weeks ago and I just love it! I only use it in my kitchen on my laminate floor and it works great. I have 2 cats that shed nonstop and it picks up every bit of their hair plus kitty litter, crumbs and whatever else was left on my floor. Have had no problem with the charging system either. Cant be happier!

THIS IS AN ELECTROLUX...WHAT A SHAME!!!!
I SAW THIS ON TV AND THOUGHT WOW...AN ELECTROLUX...PERFECT FOR ME AND WHAT GREAT FEATURES. I CANT USE THOSE HEAVY VACUMNS SO THIS LOOKED PERFECT. PLUS IT'S A NAME I TRUST. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH IT. FIRST I DO HAVE TO CUT THE HAIR FROM THE ROLLER, THAT FEATURE WHERE IT CUTS THE HAR DOESNT WORK FOR ME ( THAT WAS ONE OF THE THINGS I REALLY LIKED), SECONG, IT IS NOT THAT STRONG AND DOESN'T PICK UP EVERYTHING, I END UP GETTING THE BROOM OUT, WHICH WAS NOT THE IDEA. KITTY LITTER...NEVER PICKS IT UP, INSTEAD IT SPOUTS IT BACK OUT. tHAT WAS ANOTHER REASON TO PURCHASE IT. IT JUST DOES THE BASICS. I UST WACHED THE VIDEO AGAIN AND WENT INTO THE BATHROOM WITH THE KITTY LITTER, AND NO WAY DID IT PICK IT UP. MY HUSBAND THREW OUT THE BOX NOW I DONT KNOW HOW TO RETURN IT. MAYBE THIS ONE JUST DOESNT WORK. I DON'T KNOW BUT FROM MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. I AM ALSO CALLING ELECTROLUX TO COMPLAIN.

Worst purchase I ever made.
I like the features,that's all.battery only last 10 minutes.i could only vacuum one room before the battery went out.itwas free shipping now it's going to come out of my pocket to send it back.

Very Disappointed
Like others I was really excited about this vac, particularly the brushroll clean feature. I have a small house, small dog and hardwood floors, and thought this would be perfect and I wouldn't have to haul out the big vac so often. But I didn't get beyond opening the box and trying to put the base and the handle together. The instructions specifically mentioned that the cable connecting the two parts should not be "jammed" into the small opening where the parts are screwed together. In my case, since the cable was so long, there was no way it could be inserted into the space without jamming/twisting. I knew it was only a matter of time before this caused connection problems, since the power on/off switch is in the handle. I liked the style of the vac, and the color, and wish I could have kept it. Perhaps another quality control issue (cable too long)?

great for what it is intended...
This vacuum is not meant to clean a big house of carpet of many years' exposure to everyday life including animals and a lot of children and/or adults tracking in and out. It is meant for small clean up, for a room with an oriental rug or a house that has one in each room with low traffic, for a sofa or other chairs that are used by adults. We have a sectional and it cleaned it up very well. We emptied it and cleaned the Oriental rug in the same room. It did a great job. Charged it, cleaned the mattress and the Oriental rug in our bedroom. The rest of the floors we do with a swiffer dust mop and run this over it. This is not meant for big jobs. It is meant for small jobs and it is perfect for that, no problem putting together, emptying, charging, etc. Great product.

DISAPPOINTED
I was so excited to receive this. Was looking for something like this forever.
When it came I tried to put it together and the screw would not screw into the
handle. Sending back and very disappointed.

TERRIBLE
I AGREE WITH OTHERS, THIS VAC THOUGHT IT WOULD BE GREAT WITH THE NAME ELECTROLUX! WRONG! AFTER PUTTING IT TOGETHER, GUESS WHAT THE BASE WOULDN'T CHARGE., NO MATTER HOW LONG I LEFT IT OR TRIED. HAD TO PACK BACK UP AND SEND BACK. EVEN IF IT WOULD HAVE CHARGED LOOKED REALLY CHEAP. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN QVC AND ELECTROLUX. I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE DOLLARS THEN GO THROUGH THIS TROUBLE AND RECEIVE GARBAGE.

Charge lasts only 5 minutes!! Very upsetting
I have an expensive older Electrolux vacuum that I love. But, to avoid dragging it out all the time, I purchased this little Electrolux, trusting the brand name. It worked fine for about a year, a little odd to use, but it seriously did a great clean-up a few times a week in those spots that needed it. I was very happy. Until recently.
Suddenly, when I follow instructions in charging and then go to use it I am lucky to get 5 minutes out of it! In other words, it's just as bad as the cheaper models I've purchased in the past. Wasted $$ with this. And, until I figure out what else I can use, I am back to dragging out my big vacuum oftener than I'd like.
IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT GETTING THIS TYPE OF CHARGING SITUATION FIXED, PLEASE DO POST. WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL AND I'M SURE OTHERS WOULD BE TOO. Meantime, skip on this....

Love love love this
I love this gizmo. It is perfect for my needs. This is a stick vac and is not meant for your major needs. But for the in between cleaning, this does a fabulous job. I'm so glad I bought this.
