Rated 5 out of 5 by Not One Recipe I Haven't Enjoyed This book is wonderful. As a busy full-time working mom, I look for quick, simple, healthy meals to make for my family. I pretty much just live by this cookbook. I have made about 20 recipes from this book so far, and every single one of them has been easy, yummy, and easy on the budget. The whole family has enjoyed each recipe. I am also on Weight Watchers, and this book is a wonderful tool for it. All meals have been very satisfying--I never feel bad for what I ate. Weight Watchers now uses Smart Points, and this book is based on their old Points Plus system, but no worries! Just go to Marlene's website and you can download the Smart Points conversions for each recipe. I need to buy her other books! 09-14-16

Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome CookBook With Delicious Recipes I love this cookbook! The recipes are easy to follow and absolutely delicious. Every recipe I have tried has been one I will make again. This is the 1st Marlene Koch cookbook I have bought. After trying it I bought some of her previous cookbooks. Definitely worth trying if you are looking for a new cookbook with healthier recipes that are yummy. 09-05-16

You don't realize these recipes are so healthy because they still have that delicious FLAVOR you're wanting!! So if you're wanting to "eat healthy" without giving up your favorite foods, I DEFINITELY recommend you buy this! 06-11-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by My new favorite I was extremely pleased with this cookbook. I have tried several recipes, in fact Turkey Taco Casseole last night, and we have liked them all. They are easy to follow and have ingredients that can be found in even a small town grocery. The Cheesy Bacon Chicken with Honey Mustard was a big hit with my husband, and the Quesadilla Burger was an easy but unexpected treat. I liked this cookbook so much I gave copies to other family members, and I keep telling friends on Facebook when I try a new recipe. It does have the nutritional information and WW points making it a help for meal planning. 05-28-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by You Can't Judge a Book by its Cover . . . . . . or how you will like the recipes at first glance, necessarily. When I first looked through the book, I had the same reaction as some of the negative reviews -- not much jumped out at me. But I like all of Marlene's other cookbooks, so I picked out a recipe and gave it a whirl, and then another, and then another, and kept going. The "Unbelievably Better Than Expected" review says it all: when you make a recipe in this book, you are surprised at how much you like it. This happened on every one I have tried -- upwards to 10 of them now. These are simple and quick (for work nights), smaller portions, but all of them have been really, "unbelievably" tasty and I will make them again; I have already repeated a few. Yes, Marlene lists sugar substitutes, but she gives you options on that score. And I believe she said she would update the Smart Points on her website. So, I wouldn't dismiss this one too quickly. 05-11-16
