Sizing down didn't work for me
I ordered these in the pewter croco and they are lovely. I ordered down a half size and they were too short. I read the three (3) reviews that were on line at the time of ordering and all suggested sizing down. What a disappointment!! Had to return. I'm afraid to order 7,5 thinking that, perhaps, my first pair were the exception. Also, the little tab sewn at the top (back) of my shoes was off-center. Don't know if this made a difference with the fit. I hate when this happens. ;(

Very nice looking
I finally took these out of the box and they are a very nice looking shoe. I ordered 1/2 size smaller per previous comment and it is still just a bit large. A whole size for me would have been too much. Maybe a few cotton balls in the toe.

Made for walking!
I normally don't like buying shoes without trying them on, but took a chance on these and it paid off! I got the Copper Croco color....gorgeous!! I was able to wear these right out of the box with no break in period. I didn't wear socks with them, and had no problem with them slipping or being hot. This is a very well made shoe, that is made to be worn:)

Comfy but big
These are very comfy but slick on the inside. They are sized a little big too. I am always a perfect 11 and I could easily go down a full size ... However, I will keep and wear with socks or thick trouser socks. Definitely not for stockings.
