Give them a try I read the reviews so I ordered a half size up. I usually wear an off the rack size 9. The length was actually ok, but the toe box is entirely too narrow even at the larger size. Fortunately my local shoe shop was able to stretch them and now they are perfect. Besides the width issue (which is significant), the shoes are excellent quality and the padding is unbelieveable. Because of the platform, it doesn't feel like you are wearing heels at all. I got the gray and they seem to go with everything well - anything from jeans to dresses. 09-21-12

Runs small but LOVE the shoe. I bought these shoes 1/2 size larger and they fit great. The padding is wonderful on the inside! They are darling and will love to wear this very comfortable shoe! 08-25-12

Runs small These shoes are very well made. However, they run small. As another reviewer stated, I had to check to be sure they were the size I had ordered. Heel height is very comfortable and I am not someone who wears heels often. Padded insole offers a great deal of arch support. Straps have elastic attached and stretch over the top of the foot without digging in. Will return for half size larger. 08-17-12

OUCH!!! The shoe style is lovely - BUT - they are NOT true to size. I ordered the size I have been wearing for the past .... (way too many years) and my toes are crammed into these shoes. The length is fine - but the toe part is way too small. Sure I could probably wear them for six months and stretch them out - but there is no way I can wear these for 6 minutes without excrutiating pain. I have purchased shoes online before from QVC with no problem and at many other establishments online - but dang I hate it now I have to pay to ship them back. 08-16-12

Very Tight Size 10 I rarely ever have to return shoes to QVC. These shoes were so tight I had to double check to see if they were a 10. The shoe is stamped 10, but I could barely get my foot into it. That said, the shoe is beautiful! I am sending mine back, but my try another size. 08-15-12
