Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t buy Don’t buy this I have had nothing but trouble with it and I cannot get ahold of the company to fix the problem they will not call or email me back and now I’m stuck with a scooter that doesn’t work. If I could give this 0 star I would. I’ve had to replace the remote that broke I’ve had a key break off in the ignition the fuses in the battery blew after the scooter not opening properly and after doing that it won’t even run now. The manual doesn’t tell you anything on trying to fix it and there is no place I have found to buy replacement batteries for it. It is junk and I just wish I could get my money back

Rated 4 out of 5 by from NICE RIDE I bought this for my husband because he has trouble walking. He has feet, leg and back issues. I got this so he could go out more with me. He would go go places and would have to rest which made the errand take longer time. Now with this scooter he can move around easier and not worry if the store's scooter is being used or the battery is charging. So far so good. I even took a ride in the house the night we got it. It's easy to use, lightweight, fits nicely in the trunk of our the car. We love the color, it matches the color of our trucks. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, I don't really give 5 because everything can be improved. I would buy it again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy! This is my second attempt at writing a review. Maybe QVC will actually publish this one. This scooter is flimsy, lightweight but still too heavy to put in his trunk. Lightweight to the point of tipping over while you are riding it. It says it has a week capacity of 250 pounds. I am more than 100 pounds under that weight and I tipped over on my side in a store. Thank goodness for the help of three strangers to take the scooter off of me and get me up. It is dangerous and certainly not worth the money. I would request a full refund but I am out of the window to return it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst I bought this 4 months ago. First trip the auto folding stopped working. I am way across the US and the company gives me a place here to get it repaired. They have never seen a auto fold scooter. Now I have to figure out how to send it to company in Florida. It's in upright position, going to cost a bunch to ship. They should make it with some way to disable the automatic fold up. I'm from Kansas and am vacationing in Seattle on my own. Do not buy this. It's too late for me to return or I would. I'm old and on oxygen, guess I'll just stay home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from well worth the money my fellow had a stroke and is not able to walk very far with his cane or walker. This scooter has given him the ability to go shopping, go out to dinner, It is light weight so I can lift it into the car--I am almost 75 yrs young so this is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone that has mobility problems. Also his son fell and broke his ankle and was able to go to a planned concert by using this scooter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it is fantastic This is the best thing I have done for my mobility. Now I can go out with family. Everywhere I go out on the scooter people ooh and ahh. They ask how to get one. It is so easy to operate. It is light weight easy to get out of trunk of car. it is small enough to go just about anywhere but large enough to support you.
