With access to AM, FM, and NOAA weather bands, plus a bright LED flashlight and USB charging capabilities, this multipurpose unit helps keep you connected at home and on the road.

More power to you. With up to three ways to charge it, the FRX2 is always ready! Use the built-in solar panel or the mini USB port to power the radio, flashlight, and USB charging functions of the device. No sun? No outlet? No problem! Listen for helpful weather updates and news reports--even turn on your favorite music stations and games with the AM/FM/NOAA weather band analog radio. Rated 5 out of 5 by bought these as Christmas gifts... Bought these as Christmas gifts a couple of years ago...works well, surprisingly so. Peace of mind. Not a big ticket item, but that's what is so nice. Works, who cares it you didn't pay alot of money for it. Works! 06-26-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by Worry Ender So nice to have these handy 'just in case'....got it covered! I bought one for the house, one for our travel trailer, and two others for my kids. They were both really happy to have them -- especially my son, who tucked his away in the saddlebags of his bike. Takes a while to build up a charge if you have to crank them, but normally you should be able to use one of the alternative options. Extremely comforting to have in case of an emergency. 05-20-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bought For Emergency I ordered this for my emergency kit that I'm making. It seems to work fine. 05-05-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Feeling safe and in touch We had tornadic storms in SE Kansas last night. ETON worked great after losing power. 04-03-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Don't hesitate,, buy, buy NOW I purchased two of these. For the price you can't beat it! Just charge the battery and wow you have all radio bands, great emergency flashlight. You can crank up the battery if the lights go out. Used during snow storm, radio worked wonderfully. Put in sun to charge solar panel. Keep one in house and the other is in the car for emergencies. Great product! 02-26-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by worst product ever this worked for about 5 min. & never worked again. gave one to my sister & her's has never worked. kept them too long to return. 02-10-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by Junk! I was ok with it at first, but I really never did anything but keep it in the draw next to my bed for emergencies. I just noticed the solar panel is cracked, FROM WITHIN. How does that happen?? I won't buy a ETON radio/light again! 01-31-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great gift for big and little kids I purchased these for my grandsons as stocking gifts for Christmas this year, and what a hit they were. The boys are 6 and 9, and loved that they could generate the power needed to make these light-up or to have a working radio of their own. This is a novel product for children and serves as a good teaching tool for explaining energy power of varying types. Great for camping, in the car, or for using when all alone. 01-16-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great "man gift"! I bought these as Christmas gifts for all of the men in my family. They work great and everyone loved them! 01-11-15
Rated 1 out of 5 by SAVE YOUR MONEY I bought these as gifts but after seeing them close up I couldn't see myself giving them to ANYONE. They are cheaply made and there is way too much effort for very little payoff. Returning. 01-04-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great shelter tool Very versatile tool for emergency preparation. Works with very few cranks, even after sitting for weeks. Wish I had, had it last year during the ice storms here. 01-04-15
