Bought two bracelets and they would not work trying to input information.
Frustrated, both are being sent back immediately!
Don't waste your money.

Concept is excellent since all info available to Medical staff when necessary. Better concept than engraved bracelets,etc..
Negatives: Application software tricky to execute. Had to play around with executable code files to get it to work. Took about 10 minutes or so to figure it out. Worried that medical personal may have similar problems if emergency situation arises.
Also, found that placing the bracelet on wrist can be a bit difficult..

Bought one en February, by May it quieted working. Epic ID charged me $5 shipping for replacement, never shipped.the replacement back to me. Returning unit to QVC. Read on the internet that ambulances, rescue unit, mes centers don't want to use them afraid of viruses!0

I purchased 2 of these for relatives with health issues. Good idea. The item has its own flash drive and does not connect to the internet so transfer of computer viruses if very low.
The item needs a stronger clip device though, but the band does stay on the majority of the time.

Not enough info can be added to this. Ppl with extensive medal history will not be able to add everything needed for emergency person to get a more complete picture.
Ex. Surgeries, hospitalizations. I have more info than allowed to be placed into the current set up.
This is fine for those with little medical history or a cursory amt info needed, but not for precise complete details.
Did not return because I wanted something until I find a better option.

So far I haven't had any problems with mine. Set up and sizing were pretty easy. I haven't had problems with it coming off. I wish it came with a card or something to carry in my purse just in case of emergency. It looks like a Fitbit if the medical symbol isn't facing out. I keep mine a little looser than a normal bracelet.

What a great idea, or so we thought. We purchased this for my husband and, after a couple of months, the bracelet's clasp keeps coming apart. He's active for his work and this is NOT for someone who moves around. If you are sedentary it might be OK. If the clasp could be revised you might be on to something. Terrific idea, but only if you can keep from losing it.

I have several health issues and 12 medications and have been told to get one of those ugly medic alert braclets, but this is very easy to set up, nicer to wear, it can hold all my issues(the other one doesn't have room to list everything) easy to adjust and if need be i can add medications without ordering a new braclet!! My doctor says thank you and i gave him the order number to get his other patients!
