How frustrating when you buy a tree specifically to not have to worry about strands not working and I get one of the ones where a complete piece is missing so the circuit doesn't complete itself and one section of the tree doesn't light. The customer service rep at the manufacture was very helpful and offered to send me a new string of lights, but that means I have to do all the work of disassembling and re-stringing a complete segment of lights. He didn't even have an inventory part to replace an entire section of tree. UGH what a hassle. It's really pretty but now I'm waiting on lights.

Took less than 5 minutes to put up and works like a dream. Perfect slim line tree...exactly what I was looking for.

Buyer beware! Decent looking Tree, but for $600 did not expect such poor service from Santas Best people. I wonder if QVC and Ellen checked these folk's practices closely. Having to return a heavy and bulky box to QVC because about 20 lights did not work. Mfg said they would send a string of lights....I dont want to put a string of replacement lights on an expensive pre lit tree. That defeats the purpose. I asked if they would just send me a replacement section of the Tree vs. a string of lights that wont be installed the same way. Their response "no, that is against policy and our rules". A $600 brand new tree and I have to string lights? No thanks. QVC is backing it up, but good luck if you have to call the manufacturer after the QVC return time frame.
