This review is on the customer service I received from the company that manufactured the fountain. I accidentally threw the lovebirds finial away and contacted Bernini to get another one. Very nice rep, Racquel, was extremely helpful and I was able to replace my "mistake"!!
The only thing I wish is that it came with a remote, but otherwise, very satisfied.

I used this last year but only put it on when coming came and even then I had it on a timer. I stored it according to instructions. This year I charged the battery but it doesn't work. Not worth the price at all. Called the customer assistance line but got no response to the message I left. Very disappointed, ELLEN!

I purchased this item last summer for my new patio - I was very displeased at it's size and performance. I threw it away 3 months after purchase - only product I have ever not liked from QVC

I waited to write a review on this item after having used it for 3 months. Big mistake! I loved it in the beginning, but now the finish is peeling away in the bowl! Not only does it look bad, but it is making it very difficult to clean and the debris keeps clogging up the pump. I just noticed that there are big cracks forming in the base as well. I will never order a Bernini fountain again! I purchased this to replace a fountain that I had purchased from QVC 10 years ago. It was an awesome solar fountain but was showing signs of wear! Wish I would have kept it now. It looked better than this new one does at this point and I've only had it 3 months! So disappointing! I love all of the other ED on Air products I have purchased (thanks Ellen) but please find a different manufacturer for your fountains. Bernini fountains are made very poorly!

I have had this fountain since March. I can't say enough about it, I Love it! I have it on my front deck and love the way it looks. My visitors notice it and always comment about how nice it is. The charger recently quit charging so I called customer service at Yeiser, the manufacturer. I spoke to Espie and she was so kind and helpful. I was told that I will have a new charger sent out in 7 to 10 working days. I was very happy knowing that they will replace it so I can again enjoy my beautiful fountain. I am very happy with this fountain and would recommend it to anyone. I would also like to own a second one.

Perfect size! A very big statement piece. One thing- the copper insert starts to turn-develop its patina right away....I personally don't mind..some may..I found that if you treat metals with clear coat rustoleum it slows down the process

it came with a big chip off main bowl no way to hide it looks like it was shipped that way couldn't find pieces returning it hoping I don't have to pay shipping for damaged goods
