Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it.... I bought this when my hips were getting bad before hip replacement surgery. I have used it before and after. It's easy to work with and lightweight, and the seat is great. I also had trouble with the end caps coming off and lost one. I contacted customer service and got replacements, but these also fall out all the time. I no longer need it as my hips are new and my PT is done, and I'm walking just fine now, but my husband recently hurt his back. Now he is using it every day at work and really likes it too. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the caps that hold the bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this I am wanting to get back to being able to walk long distance but I get winded real easy and there are times that my knees hurt so much I don't even want to stand up. I got thins thinking maybe it would help with me getting out and walking. Well thank goodness I got it. My knees decided to act up right after I received this. This walker saved the day. So glad I got it. My kitty loves it too. He will jump up on it and go for a ride with me around the house..lol.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great design I have a Rollator purchased about 5 years ago. It folds, but it still to large to get into my trunk. This is wonderful. The wheels are big, have good grip and roll smoothly. The seat is comfortable, The bag is LARGE. The backrest is soft yet sturdy. The brakes are great. It folds easily and the "clamp" keeps it folded so it can be used through narrow passageways. The only thing I don't understand is why there are "plugs" which are supposed to hold the bag in the slits. They fall out! They have a ridiculous chain that is supposed to hook into the frame, to prevent the bag from sliding. BUT if I move the Rollator, or fold it slightly, the chain falls out and so do the plugs. The plugs should be end caps and need to be made of rubber, not hard plastic. Get rid of the chains. There's a tip for the manufacturer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I ordered and received this product. 1. No basket was in the box. 2. The rear wheels/tires are out of round they keep catching on the brakes causing it difficult to roll. This cost too much for so much to be wrong with it. If had kept the box and it would not cost so much to return it would have returned this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Right wheel break was stuck on the wheel Before I purchased this particular roller walker I did read the reviews. One said that the right wheel was stuck on the break. Mines was too. I was hoping I wouldn't have that problem. But I did. I don't blame QVC because its a tell tale sign that the "Drive Medical'" manufacturer don't test their products before boxing and shipping it out to stores. I tried to adjust it but as soon as I try to roll it, the wheel would rub on the break again. Its a nice walker if it would've worked. I needed it for the soft back rest and seat. I have the regular roller walker with the round back rest which to me is not comfortable with my herniated disks/pinched nerves so because of that non adjustable stuck break it has to be returned. : (

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Product Quality Control I ordered the Drive for my mother as an upgrade for her present unit. I received the first drive unit and the right rear wheel brake was locked onto the wheel. I called Drive for help adjusting the right rear brake. We could not get the rear brake adjusted. They told me I could take it to a bike shopfor adjustment. I told them it did not make sense to have to take the unit to a bike shop seeing it was just out of the box. So I called customer service to see if the could send me the assembly. Instead the sent me all of the parts, so I would have to try an put the assembly together. So I sent the unit back to QVC. QVC sent me another unit. When the second unit arrived, the right brake was locked on the wheel again. In addition, the left brake was locked. I was able to get the left brake to work, but I could not get the right brake adjusted. So I send that unit back to QVC. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I would recommend that QVC do a review on Drive's quality control, there seems to be an issue with production quality control procedures.
