Description
What is it: Dr. Macrene's patented antiaging cream incorporates intelligent skin design by using 50 cosmetically relevant ingredients that address the multiple signs of aging in one jar. This modern and intelligent skin-care design helps to improve texture by smoothing the skin and helping to improve the skin's radiance and luminosity. Antioxidants help fight free radicals and a collection of peptides, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, fatty acids, minerals, and skin boosters help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Who is it for: Women and men seeking a one-step skin-care solution that can be applied day and night. For people of any age seeking a cream to cover all their antiaging needs in one jar.

Why is it different: This one cream replaces your moisturizer, serum, antioxidant, day cream, night cream, and eye cream to offer a one-step skin-care solution.

How do I use it: Apply a pea size of the cream to the four quadrants of the face for complete coverage and hydration.

What else do I need to know: 37 Actives is paraben-free, propylene glycol-free, fragrance-free, free of animal testing, and free of animal or human-derived ingredients.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not worth it I used this , I did not notice any difference, it lasted 2 months. 08-06-16
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent But Expensive The pitch on this is that it can be used on face, neck, chest and eyes and can replace your other creams. I'm a junkie for the creams and serums and I layer so it's hard to be sure which is creating the results and I look about 20 years younger than my 74 years. I really like this cream enormously and am canceling some of my other products. The problem is the size. On the one hand you're supposed to use it on a larger area than most and on the other hand there is only one ounce of cream, which is a size usually reserved for eye creams. So the value has to be awfully good. I wish we could update our reviews. This is an early review and it would be good to be able to update over three or six months. This cream is rich in texture, has a fatty look to it. I am going to use it to near empty before I reorder to be really sure it's worthwhile but so far I think it is. 05-10-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by Be Patient I really like this product, patience is really necessary. Used it below my eyes and upper lip and I have seen a significant change around my eyes. Use a little water with it and that does make a difference. 05-07-16
Rated 3 out of 5 by It's only okay... I am a Rodan+Fields user and consultant, but that doesn't mean I won't use or try other brands--especially if I think my skin will benefit. This moisturizer was received as a gift, so I gave it a shot. It was not terrible, but it wasn't anything special either. I get better results from the R+F Redefine line, plus their multifunction eye cream. Of course that means using three moisturizer products (day/night/eye) instead of just one (which would be ideal), but until I find something that actually makes a visible difference and gives me the results I now expect, I will stick to my R+F morning and evening regimens. I look forward to the day I can find ONE product that takes the place of others and simplifies my routine, unfortunately this isn't it, at least not for me. 01-11-16
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not For My Dry Skin I thought this would be good for my post menopausal skin but not really. I'll stick to my La Mer instead! 11-21-15
Rated 2 out of 5 by Nothing special and definitely not worth the money I am a skincare connoisseur so I do have extensive experience with a variety of products at a variety of price points. Essentially, this product does no more than the $30 Olay Reginerist cream that I buy at Walgreens and to be honest, the Olay smells better. For the price, I expected a higher quality moisturizer, even if it did not provide exceptional anti-aging. In summary,, I would never buy this cream again. It is a 'nice' cream but only worth about $45. For the price, it should moisturize better and provide some sort of anti-aging. Never buying this one again. 11-15-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Magic! This product is remarkable if you stick with it! It takes a small amount and the results are huge! I would like to see Dr Macrenes whole line on the Q. 5 stars. 11-10-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Awesome moisturizer! I've been using this for one month. I've used other expensive products, but this is amazing. I put it on when my face is damp, and I don't use much at all! It glides on all over, and absorbs well. I've had a dry peeling area on my nose FOREVER that I could not get rid of, but not anymore! I can't believe how well it moisturizes! The review stating they used a half a jar at one time with no noticeable improvement is absurd. Use on lightly wet or damp skin and this cream will last for months. I am very pleased! 10-22-15
