Never a problem Here....
I don't really understand the problem with the dropper, you can see how much your getting in it and if you just tilt the bottle a little and the pull the dropper out and tilt it upside down a little, you won't spill it. I don't care for the pump because you can't see what's left in the bottle and it doesn't seem to work as well.
Dr. Denese this is perfectly fine for me.
I already left a review on these products that I love, so this is mainly for the way it is administered. Not a problem in my book and I have been using it for years. So thank you...

Seeing A Change!
Loving this duo! I can really see a difference in my skin, it's softer, smoother looking, and the fine lines around my eyes are diminished big time! So pleased with these products! :)

My Favorites Too!!
I absolutely LOVE these products! Yes, okay, the dropper can be messy but if you just swing the dropper in tiny circles as you slowly lift it out of the bottle you can effectively scrape the excess off. Now to the products - The pads can be strong'ish if you have sensitive skin, so start out by using them only every other night. That's what I did and now I use them nightly. I feel like my complexion is brightened by these and also I feel like it cleans my pores and resurfaces my skin as well as lift. The serum is so hydrating and my skin feels like parchment without it. The serum makes my skin feel like velvet... very smooth and hydrated. I have ran out of them in the past and could not believe how bad my skin began to look and feel in just days. I'm 49 years old and have very sensitive skin which is prone to redness and dryness. These two products keep me getting compliments on my skin all the time. These are part of my nightly skin care regime and I cannot be without them. Either of them!

Great Trio. Bad Dispencing Dropper :( Bad Dropper!
HydroShield Ultra and The Pads are Amazing. Dont buy this product if it doesnt have the Pump.
If it doesnt have the pump it is soo Messy and You really lose alot of Product to waste.
I would send it back and reorder, but I would also have to send the Pads back and I NEED THEM as well as the Serum.
The pump cost more but it is alot bigger and there is no Waste,
Sometimes a Good Buy really isnt if you have to order again, so soon and have gotton alot of Waste
I only gave it 4 stars due to the Dropper, other wise it would have been 5 Stars even 10 stars if they had them

This skin care was definitely not for me. First of all, the dropper is really messy. I used the serum according to instructions for oily skin- applying to under eye area for 2 weeks and seen no results. The instruction on the pads were to use once a day and that definitely is just too strong on my skin. I got extremly dry patches and decided to return the product :(

It really works!
I wanted to try this for a while now..I have always taken care of my skin so I do have good skin but when you get over 50 it really starts to change . What a different I see and feel in my skin it really does feel and look tighter I am having my husband use it also he is 60 this month and his skin has wrinkles, dark spots and sagging he has used it for a little over a week and what a difference I ask him to feel his face and he said it does feel tighter and boy does it look smoother, clearer ..I'm going to take a picture of him I only wish I had taken it before he started because it has changed already but we will go from here forward because I know it will get much better..Might have to send Dr. Denese the before and after in a couple of months.

Best product ever
I have used this product before, and let myself run out of it. My skin looked old and dull, just not healthy. I was without it for months. Will never run out again. I also use the Dream cream or triple strength wrinkle smoother. Love her products!

Totally changed my skin!
These two products are absolutely wonderful. I'm 37, and felt I needed a little something extra with my skincare, and this is definitely it. The pads have totally changed the texture of my skin, and the serum makes it look moist and dewy all day. The fine lines I was noticing have diminished quite a bit after one month of use. I will continue to use these products for a long time!

Awesome Moisterizer
I have extremely dry skin, and this is the first product that I actually wake up in the morning with soft skin that doesn't feel tight. My skin does look radiant (or so I've been told). I've only been using this for a few weeks, so I'm waiting to see more results. Thanks, Dr. Denese.

LOVE THIS
I have been using Dr. Denese products for awhile,and I have sensitive skin,and always love the way my face feels and looks with no problems and how much better my skin looks! I just started using the Face serum and I can see a difference already!
My skin feels so soft and my lines esp around my eyes and mouth seem to be less noticable. .just all over younger look! my skin looks healthy. Thanks QVC for bringing another great product !!!

Ladies...save some money by buying the the 2 jars of facial firming pads (100 pads in each) for about $62.00 and buy the Dream Cream and Dream Cream Serum in the large sizes together for $120.00. You'll spend less this way. I bought all because of the 5 easy-pay option for Christmas that is available for 2 products of your choice until December 10th. This my first purchase of Dr. Denese products after watching her presentations for a couple years. Prior to them I had started using Clarins purchased from Nordstroms. Clarins is an excellent product. However, Dr. denese's products go a step further. After 1 week alone my very dry 54 year old skin is already very hydrated and the firming facial pads with the glycolic acid in it has really almost erased the little lines to the sides of my eyes alone! I'll keep you updated as time goes by. I realize it takes time for any real improvement to take place but because my skin has become so hydrated so quickly...well...I have high hope for this line. Next I'm ordering one of her products for my neck and chest.

Best products
I have genetically good skin and Dr. Denese had also helped me a lot. I'm 69 years old and even my doctors tell me my skin looks gorgeous I told them thanks to Dr. Denese. I'm a good advertisemente for Dr. Denese and a lot of people are buying her products because of me. I have been using her products for a few years. I particularly like the pads.
I think every skin is different and people should try and choose what it's better for them.
I try different products and so far I liked all of them.
