PRETTY IN PINK!!!
Just received the bag in pink and was worried because of other reviews, but I am totally happy with this bag. I absolutely love EVERYTHING about it, What a value and this beautiful pink is really pretty...Love the color and I am more than pleased.......I waited for the pink and I am glad I did! This bag is HOT! HOT! HOT!.......Perfect for spring and summer. Thanks QVC!

Disappointed
Where does this say pebble leather? I don't do pebble leather! I thought i had done my homework. it was the perfect size but not soft leather like i thought it would be.

Strap Too Thin
I bought this bag in March and waited until I used it for 2 months to give my opinion. While the leather does soften up and the front pockets are more usable after 2 months, the biggest flaw of the bag is the strap. You can use the 2 handles and they are fine for walking in and out of places, then setting the bag down, but if you are out shopping -- the straps will dig into your shoulders.
I use my bag everyday - and that means in and out of work, but that also means to the grocery store and mall --- Pretty bag --- but --- the 2 front pockets are extremely tight and practically unusable until they soften up a bit (I can now get my cell phone in one pocket -but only my badge in the other) and the strap should have been 1" wide instead of 1/2" that it is.
It is a heavy bag to begin with === I won't make this mistake again.
I ordered the new floral bag and then went on the website to check out the strap -- It is the same 1/2" strap --- I cancelled my order.
I'll continue to buy Dooney & Bourke - but I will be much more conscious of the straps in future purchases.

Pink is shocking pink-not a soft pink
I am returning my pink because I don't care for the hue of pink that it is. Sort of in between bubble gum pink & a hard pink tone-not attractive at all. Am disappointed as I waited for the pink to come back in stock. Should have ordered a basic color like black or navy. I have the grey color-I can't recommend buying the pink but another color would be ok.

This bag is horrible! I tried to get used to it for one month and could not take it any more so I returned it. It is extremely heavy and very stiff. The front pockets which I wanted to use for keys are so stiff that I actually cut my finger trying to get my keys in and out. The inside of the bag is very stiff and very difficult to navigate. It was my first Dooney & Bourke purchase and because of the extreme disappointment would not purchase another one. At this price I expected an exceptional bag and could not believe that any company would sell something so difficult to navigate, so stiff, so heavy, and just so darn ridiculously poor.

The Perfect Green.....
I didn't want to love this purse because of the price but I do. I'm a huge MK fan and I have a ton of his purses but now....so does everyone else. I wanted something new, unique, and classic so I decided to buy this one and I'm so happy I did. It is a bit on the heavy side and smaller than what I'm use to but I absolutely love it. I'm a little worried about the problems other people are talking about and I'm use to more inside pockets but I just love this purse. The quality is outstanding and although it was obviously a return, I'm still so pleased. This is my first D&B but it won't be the last.

Wanted to keep it but too afraid
I liked the purse but there have been so many reviews about the purse not holding up after a short time of use that I was too afraid to keep it. I understand Dooney & Bourke will repair the purse but I don't want to go through that for a $300 purse. It did look like a nice, quality purse. I did think the opening was small but maybe I could have worked with it if I had kept it.

Brought a smile to her face.
The very first Dooney & Bourke bag I have purchased.
It was a gift for my Daughter/law, birthday. She loves it!
Black with tan accents. It is roomy enough for a on the go mom.
I noticed she uses the shoulder strap. She has told me several times how much she
"loves her bag" go ahead,we only go around once on this Earth.

nice purse
got this purse in the blue. love the color. only thing is, it's heavy because it's made of good leather. this purse will last a long time.

Very Disappointed
This is my first and only D&B bag and it is such a let down. I ordered this bag in the black on 05/01/2010, loved it but two years later, the linning pulled off from one side of the upper zipper closure, called D&B cs and was asked to return for repairs which I did with about $15 . I got back the bag in Nov 2012 and by March, four months later, the other side of the linning, the cell phone side, has pulled off and one of the stud holding the shoulder strap broke. Basically, this bag lasted two yrs and for that amount of money? Not worth it.

Too Small For Me!
I ordered this in the hot pink and it is really not a bright pink. Shucks! It is a smaller Dooney than I am use to. The zippered opening on top and the pockets in front are hard to get into because of the size of the purse. I should have paid more attention to the description on the web. I was attracted to the color verses the design. I do like to wear the straps over the shoulder without having to rely on a third strap. This has that third strap. Sending back because it is too small for me. I like to be able to have room for the kitchen sink!
