I got this bag Xmas 2011,and last June the name plate came off, I was lucky that it happened at home so I was able to find the rivets, I called D&B cust.serv,they told me to send the bag to them & it was fixed 2 wks later. They stand behind their product. Awesome!!!

A beautiful bag!
-i ordered this bag first in yellow & loved it so much I came back for it in black.
I love the little "feet" on the bottom. They help keep from slouching so the shape is nicer..
The size is perfect for me as i always tote my tablet or book w/ime.
The key holder built inside is wonderful; didn't think I'd use it but I love it.
-QVC please bring this back in all the pretty colors once offered--I'd love a pink one too!

My go to Spring/Summer Bag
I bought this bag in Pink and Purple(light) over a year ago. I have received many compliments on this bag. I love, love, love this bag!!! Please bring more colors! I am waiting to buy the beautiful green one!!!

I bought this bag when it was a TSV and i still have it. looks just as beutiful as the day I pulled it out of the box. I will be so sad :( if it goes.

NOT AS HANDY AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE
This was my first D&B purchase, in black, several years ago. I was never a fan of D&B, but thought this bag would be handy. I was going on a trip and wanted something to carry a lot of stuff, camera, phone, etc. It is an OK bag, but (again) the straps are too short for me to carry on my shoulder over a sweatshirt. The handles are rounded, not flat, which makes them roll off the shoulder. So I ended up carrying it in my hand which wasn't very convenient when I was shopping. Try shopping one handed :-) I did like the little extra accessory that came with it, I use that a lot. The two front pockets are great. It's a nice leather and it still looks new. So that being my first D&B and I wasn't that thrilled with it, I started buying another brand. Collected a few of those, still use them. Recently, around the holidays in 2012, I purchased a D&B as TSV, had been looking for a red bag for ages, and I love it! It's not too big, but I got so many compliments when I was out Christmas shopping, everyone wanted to know where I got it, and I said "QVC, of course!" Since then, I've purchased a few other D&B's. Mostly satisfied with them, but I think the quality isn't what it should be for the price. The E-Z pay helps, but I had to return a few things because they were not first quality. QVC is great about that. My D&B recommendations are below.

Perfect Size
I have this bag in black and it is my go to bag for travel, and winter, as it holds my gloves and hat. Sits so comfy on shoulder, when you need both hands free. Pockets are great size for mail and cell! Please bring back in more colors, this bag is a classic!!

Not happy after only 5 months
When I received the bag it had a little bit of a bump on the front, no big issue, I could live with it, about 3 months in, the little bump started pealing, not bad, but noticeable, then just a week ago the front tag started popping the rivets holding it to the bag, no way, it's 5 months old and I treat it very nicely why.. I had never had this happen to a D&B before, I am sending it in to repair but I am not happy

I love this bag and have recommended it to my sister and girlfriends.
I started with Crescent Tote in black, quickly added to my collection Brown, Grass Green, Yellow and pink.
Recently I loaned my neighbor Crescent Tote in black for a business trip -- it's now her's! She fell in love with it.
Dooney & Bourke has a home run in this bag; it's excellent and multi-functional. A true, stylish classic. As I shared my bag, I knew Crescent Tote would beautifully meet my friend's needs for business travel. I am a devoted fan, and my friend's experience has made one of her, also.
Will this gorgeous bag again be available in black? I miss it already!

Such a great Dooney!
I received this bag last night and fell in love right away....It's super cute! A great size and the accessories are a huge bonus....the outside pockets are large and useful.... I have an iPhone in a large battery case and it fits perectly in the outside pockets but they aren't bulky, this makes for a sleek sophisticated look....Love Love Love! Dooney please make more bags like this that have simple lines and a sophisticated shape!

THE BEST!
I love this bag. Have had it a few months and do not understand any of the negative comments. Mine is in Saddle and the color is beautiful. It is a big purse, but people knew that when they bought it. It has room for everything and three outside pockets for keys, phone, anything you want quick access to. I love D

My last Dooney bag
Loved this bag for a while. It's big enough to carry my collection of glasses for every occasion. Loved the classic styling and the leather appeared to be good quality. HOWEVER, after a few months the piping around the bottom wore away at the corner and a big old piece of WHITE plastic tubing starting sticking out. It was hideous. I sent it to Dooney who refused to go good for what I consider an obvious design flaw. (You will notice that piping does not appear on newer bags.) They offered to give me $125 toward another purchase or I could pay to have this repaired. Why would I do that when it's obvious I'm going to have to keep doing it for as long as I own this wretched bag. OH, I forgot to mention I waited on hold for half an hour and then was disconnected before anything got resolved. I need to wait for my blood pressure to go back down before I try it again.
