beautiful bag!
Just rec'd my bag in taupe and love it! The taupe color almost looks a little grey at first, but pretty. The strap was a little hard to adjust, but that is not going to lessen my opinion of this bag. I am just pleased it has an adjustable strap as I just returned the Florentine tassel strap bag b/c the straps were too short and not adjustable making the bag difficult to work with. This bag has a lot of leather, the beautiful green suede around the top ( a substantial amount ), is easy to get in and out of and is not as heavy as the other bag. All in all, I would order this bag again especially if it was available in chamois ( the other nubuck bag, although gorgous, in chamois was too large and heavy). You won't regret this purchase I know I don't!!

Florentine!!
My purse is exactly like this one except it was supposed to be all florentine, but when it arrived it turned out to be pebble leather. I called QVC immediately and the lady took care of this right away, she asked if I wanted to keep the purse, I said yes, but I wasn't paying florentine prices, she was gracious enough to give me a discount for the mistake, the purse is very, very nice, and I think having it in pebble leather makes all the zippers work easy, and the zipper compartments are extremely roomy, thanks QVC I love it!!!!

Beautiful but not Functional
The bag is beautiful. The zippers are hard to open and stick. Because of the thick leather if you do not zip the bag closed it looks sloppy. I tried to adjust the strap and it is absolutely impossible because it is so stiff and tight. The interior is hard to organize. The inside pockets and outside pockets do not hold very much. I have to really dig to find my glasses as they stick in the inside pockets. Definately a beautiful bag with design flaws.

Beautiful and classy, BUT ...
This bag is show-stopper classy and beautiful BUT ... it's definitely a two-hand bag when it comes to function. The zippers stick, all of them. The top zipper must be zipped in order to preserve that classy look of the bag; therefore it's not an easy access -- again it takes both hands ... For me, this is an investment bag and I expect excellent craftsmanship and design function. Could the bag win a design award on just looks? Absolutely. But for everyday function and ease of access, it's a nightmare!!!! I have returned it.

Love It
My Husband got this one for me and I love love love it! He got me the navy. It's so soft, and all of the zippers are working fine and not heavy (except for what you put into it). It's a great size as well. I wasn't sure if I would like the Nubuck but I really do love it!

Did not like 2-tone colors
I do not like the way the main zipper folded over. I have other D&B purses which the zippers are right on top. They are of a stiffer leather which I like. You can unzip and reach down into the purse. The long zipper did not work very easily.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!
I purchase this beauty in navy. The color combination of navy nubuck and natural Florentine is divine!! This bag is a perfect medium size, light weight, comfortable to carry on my shoulder! Thanks Dooney for your continued quality and absolutely gorgeous handbags! I love them all!!!

Disappointed Dooney & Bourke Fan
I love Dooney & Bourke but I returned this bag. I need a sturdy bag and I don't
believe that this bag would survive the workout I put my other D&B bags through.

POOR WORKMANSHIP ON ZIPPERS!
I was really looking forward to this bag for my birthday.
When it arrived ALL the ZIPPERS, didn't work or were stuck like glue and couldn't be managed. Just the top slid open.
If you have four I expect ALL FOUR TO WORK FOR THIS PRICE!
This is a luxurary item and I will not pay that price for poor quality and workmanship.
This is NOT the first Dooney bag with BAD ZIPPERS.
ALL ZIIPPERS SHOULD BE TRIED, TOP FRONT BACK BOTTOM AND SIDES.
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
BACK IT WENT ASAP.
And at least in retail you try all the zippers. I had to take the big box, an inconvenience on a cold day to the PO!

LOVE THIS BAG!
This is the quality I expect from Dooney and Bourke. Doesn't feel like a big bag, but holds plenty. Not heavy. Roomy. Easy to find everything. LOVE the leather smell! Love the soft green suede. Love the cute tassle and green trim. I got the Navy and love it with denim. Fits perfectly on my shoulder. Highly recommend! Dare I say the perfect bag? Could very well be!

Gorgeous! Gorgeous! Georgeous!
I already have one D&B Florentine Leather Hobo, but was looking for something a tad bit smaller. Ladies, this bag is absolutely beautiful!!!!!! The pictures simply do not do this bag justice. As soon as I opened the box, I smelled the leather and I was in love. Thanks to the previous reviewer who stated that the taupe color was richer than the picture. Based on that comment, I ordered the taupe and am extremely pleased with the color. A very neutral bag that will go with anything. It is not too heavy and adequately accomodates anything I would want to carry in an every day bag. Make the investment! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Can't stop Looking At This Bag!!!
Picture does not do justice to this bag! Did not have to adjust the strap and stays on shoulder perfectly. Beautiful drape no matter how I have it filled. Not heavy like it's larger version. Smells like rich leather. Zippers work so smoothly.
QVC has the measurements wrong on this bag. The correct measurements are: 13.5 x 5.5 x 8h, with 8-9" strap drop. Got these measurements from the Mfg site.
Don't think twice about this one!
