Beautiful Bag - BUT
I get so many compliments on this bag, however I am dissapointed for two reasons:
1) strap broke after two months (currently returning to QVC)
2) the slightest touch produces a scratch on the bag
It's less than 90 days old, but looks like I've had it for years.

Disappointed
I have had this purse for about 5 months now and the handle just broke by the ring. Does anyone know if Dooney has a warranty of any sort since I can't send it back to the Q? So very very disappointed when you pay this price for something and it breaks.

What happened ??
What happened to the great Dooney quality of years ago ? I bought one of the first bags that QVC carried
in the vacchetta leather from years ago. That bag has worn like iron and looks better as it ages.
Yes, small scratches and scuffs buff out on that old bag ,
but not on these new ones. Even if I run a light fingernail against the leather it will scratch. And they don't really
buff out - the dye doesn't seem to fully
saturate the leather. I really miss the
old leather quality from years ago. Not sure what happened.

Great bag, but.....
I purchased this beautiful bag about a year ago and absolutely fell in love with it. It was my first Dooney purchase and I have bought two others since purchasing this one. I honestly have to say that Dooney and Bourke make really quality bags, that have exceptional style. I could not resist purchasing this bag based on its' beauty, style and reputation, including tons of ladies stating how long these bags last. Well, after having the bag for about three months, the white ribbon filling / lining in the straps began to come out near the opening at the end of the handles. That was really disapointing, especially since the bag costs so much. I understand the normal wear and tear of the bag, however I noticed that the leather has begun to wear away on the outer piping of the bag, exposing the plastic used to shape the piping. This is also very disappointing. I still love the bag and have gotten numerous compliments on it and may be another one, but I caution you ladies that this DB bag did not stand up to its' reputation of lasting for years to come. It is a great bag, but not legnd worthy.

Super cute
My husband bought me this purse for our anniversary and I LOVE IT!!!!! I get complements on it all the time. You will not regret getting it. Some people wrote that it was too heavy but I carry a large purse all the time (full of kids stuff) so it's no big deal for me.

OEY VEY .....Spectacular !!!!!
I got it in rasberry and I almost wept when I opened the box !!!! It's gorgeous !!! I have about 20 Dooney's and this is one of my favorites.

Gorgeous bag!
My first choice of color was sold out, but I am so glad that it was -- the taupe is a rich gorgeous color! The leather is beautiful and the matte gold findings are so rich. Love, love, love this bag!! Sue Clifton's descriptions and enthusiasm for this bag (and all the D&B bags) are spot on. :)

The only thing I can that I do not like about this bag is the way it zips. Otherwise, it is a fantastic bag. I have it in red.

Gorgeous
Got this today in natural. Beautiful. I'm in love. Perfect size. May have to get it in another color. Keep in mind I like a little bigger bag. Fits on shoulder great. If you are a big bag girl this one is great.

I love this bag!
I ordered this bag recently when it was on easy pay. I have watched the Florentine leather bags being presented and have always wanted to try one. However, the price is a little scary unless there is easy pay. When I received this bag in the mail, it was absolutely beautiful! I love the size, and although it is heavier than some, I really like it. I bought the Bourdeaux, and have carried it to work many times. I am rough on my bags, and this one has held up beautifully so far. I don't mind the scratches; most of them rub out, and it gives the bag extra character. I would love to have this in another color: perhaps the navy, but I'll have to wait for E-Z does it day in June.

BIG....
I LOVE the look of this bag... ANd how roomy it is. BUT is was so heavy walking to school with it, and the straps were constantly falling off of my shoulders... I have a 4 year old who wants me to carry her all the time, so carrying her and this bag in my hands was too difficult.... So, I am ordering a different one with a long handle.
If you like just a bag to carry in the crook of your arm and you dont put a lot of stuff in it.. (I had a kindle, wallet, and camera) IT was Heavy and hurt my arm..
