Dooney & Bourke Croco Leather Cameron Crossbody is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cameron love the bag, but the weight was too heavy once filled. Also the lip is too small, getting in and out too tuff. Ok as a small bag, just do not put too much stuff inside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful The Cameron crossbody is a beautiful purse the crocodile pattern makes it look like the real thing. Mine is black so it goes with just about everything. I like being able to use it three different ways shoulder crossbody or clutch. They paid a lot of attention to detail when this purse was made making it a truly unique and valuable asset to any wardrobe.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful purse This purse is beautiful. I was looking for a small elegant looking bag, which this one is perfect. My only complaint is that the opening for the bag is just way to small. I will keep the bag because I don’t like large purses. Anyone who has a large wallet this will not be the right bag for you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a disappointment! I don't know when I have been so disappointed with a purchase. The zipper on this bag is impossible to use. I thought perhaps it was because it was cold when it was delivered. Even when it warmed up, the zipper was still extremely difficult to close. This one is going back - pronto! Buyer beware!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Opening is too tight. I loved the look of this handbag and needed a smaller black bag for dressier occasions and this seemed like a good choice. The bag has pros and cons. It's a Dooney so it's well made and very attractive. The misses for me are the tight opening and chunky hardware. Even though you can fit a lot into it, it's hard to access your things. My Bitsy bag holds about the same amount and is much easier to get into. The thick hardware is probably meant to make the bag more versatile, so you can wear it with casual outfits, which is a good thing in theory, but in my opinion, it just looks a little out of place on this otherwise elegant bag. Also, as Sue said, the black does not showcase the highs and lows of the croco plating as much as the other colors do, so it comes off a little flat-looking. The bag is not heavy (only 1 lb. 4 oz.), but once you put your things into it, it seems heavy because the weight is not dispersed over a large surface. Love my Dooneys and own many, but this one was not a good fit for me.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Darling Bag, Horrible strap, cheap zipper pulls I have over 40 Dooneys, I love them all. I’ve given away many as gifts & this one is by far the least functional. I bought this in navy because it’s definately beautiful & comes with feet, but I’m sad to say it’s a complete disappointment as far as using the bag. When the sales agent was selling it live, she converted the strap which I loved & mentioned that the bag looks like something one might see on “The Crown”, which it does, but actually using the bag as a crossbody or shortened up is impossible as the strap slides constantly off the shoulder, it’s annoying as I’m constantly trying to keep the bag from sliding off my shoulder. I’ve never had this problem with a Dooney, what’s worse is where the lengthened strap hits, which is uncomfortably right on the hip, that causes for an awkward day having it sit on that bone. To get into the bag is annoying too as it’s stiff & the zipper is stiff as well. The strap looks cheap as I’ve only had it 3 weeks & it’s already curling up. What has happened to the quality of Dooney & Bourke? In the 90’s they were so elegantly made, & that’s why people bought them, but now they are still expensive, but so tacky now on the zippers , straps & hardware. This will be my last Dooney until the quality returns. I paid a pretty penny for this bag & it’s unusable, I’m planning on switching out the strap from another of my bags & for a handbag this expensive, that should never happen.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful Purse Wow! What a stunning bag! It's gorgeous!! I love the size and luxury of the leather lining, as well as the rich color and chic style. However, I think I received a bag that had been returned and resold to me. There are a few light spots that look like wear on the top of the bag, the stickers tags on the bag were all crumbled up and had scotch tape on them, one zipper was wrapped in tissue paper and the other wasn't, and the warranty postcard in the bag had 2 ripped stickers on it that looked like someone tried to pull off and put back on. I am debating returning the bag for a NEW one considering I paid $240 for it, but I also like the bag a lot and have been anticipating its arrival for about a week now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classy, Elegant and Easy To Run With... A few months ago, I bought this bag for my sister and sister-in-law in Florentine leather, so I was familiar with the bag design already. The blessing of waiting and saving money? This beauty! I treated myself to espresso and navy. 'Though, like many, I prefer an outside pocket for keys or cell phone, I can do without--the bag is perfect for errands, dinners out, and as a spare bag for travel. It accommodates my 4-card RFID wallet, coin case, small cosmetic bag and my cell phone. I own larger bags from different designers, and I'm pleased to add these to my collection. I baby my bags, because I will be leaving them to my daughter eventually, and this one is decidedly worth the extra care!
