SOOOO SAD!
I was super happy with this purse I had purchased about a year ago in the rust color. I received SOOOO many compliments, but I was sad that with in a few months it started to crack and split on the edges (creases) and had to put it away with fear of it getting worse....all I use now is the small coin purse that came with it :(

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!
I bought the grey, which has beautiful tones of purple. This is my Spring/Summer bag. It has enough room for all of my things. Dooney & Bourke has a winner!

Beautiful
I love this croco pattern D&B. Just the right size. But the color is not what I expected. I ordered it in the Olive, but it looks like its black. Still, this is a beautiful bag, not too big/not too small. My daughter absolutely loved it. Will get her one also if it is offered again in different colors (She is a Coach person). She goes back to using the D&B purse, I gave her in Christmas of 2011.

dressy bag
I have stared at the olive color for such a long time! I bought it. It's very dark. This is a bag that seems dressier to me because of the finish they applied to the bag. I would open this up on the sides to carry as a tote on a daily use. In this manner it feels more casual and denim friendly. That being said, for me, this is dressier and I carry this with black, and dark brown. I had an extra hole punched in the strap ends so I would have more room in the strap drop.
The reason I gave this bag 4 instead of 5 is that the accessories are a definite enticement, but not very useful to me.

It's a nice bag
It's bigger than I thought it was going to be and a tad bit bulky and heavy but it is a beautiful bag. The accessories are helpful and nice also.
I tie a scarf on the shoulder strap - very cute.

Surprised!
I thought I would be disappointed but to my surprised it was perfect. Top quality leather. Perfect size and not heavy. I just got it today and couldn't wait to load my stuff in it. I am a happy lady!

Best bag ever!
I can honestly say that this is the BEST purse I have ever owned. It's big enough to hold all of my things, but because of the clean sleek design, does not over power. That was actually a concern of mine; that it would be too large. Sometimes it's difficult to distinguish between a cheap bag or an expensive one. This bag screams quality and will never be mistaken for anything less. I own other expensive bags, however this recent purchase is now my favorite. Because it is a quality bag, it will last me a lifetime. It was worth every penny!

Wonderful Bag!
I LOVE this bag. I really use my purses and this one is able to keep up with me. It's great quality and will last for years. It is well worth the investment to have one great purse for years rather than many that are cheap and you end up giving away.

Beautiful, Classy Dooney!
I love this croco pattern D&B! Great size, great function (you can cinch it in for a more classic look, or open it wide as a tote). It's a little heavy if filled to capacity but not too heavy, in my opinion, and the color gray is beautiful! Looks dark gray with a hint of purple on cloudy, overcast days, but the purple color really shows up a lot more in sunlight. I think this is such a classy look that I will probably use it for dressier occasions, (I also have the croco logo lock D&B that I carry for everyday/casual use). The quality of both of these bags is excellent and I've no doubt they will hold up very well, even with daily use! This bag was a tad stiff when it first arrived but within a week of carrying it was much more supple. I love it and would highly recommend!

Beautiful But Big
I purchased this purse in black and absolutely loved it for a week. Then I realized that it was HUGE. Also, the straps are too short for everyday use. When I carried it I ended up carrying it as a tote verses over the shoulder, or hanging down my arm. The purse is heavy so it weighed my arm down.
The coin purse was perfect for holding my camera and the key fob was very attractive. The purse is very well made with lots of room. The snap closure holds everything securely.
It is a very beautiful bag, but I had to return it because it is not functional for everyday use and that is what I purchased it for. Sad times!

Happy Shopper
I love this bag. I love the color (black) as well as the texture. I would like longer shoulder straps so the bag stays up.

Very heavy
I have always wanted a Dooney &Burke bag. The price was right and I love the easy pay. The bag is very heavy and uncomfortable to carry. I wiah I purchased a bag with a crossstrap. I am very disappointed.
