Does NOT WORK I have an older dog and she has had a couple of accidents on my area rug. So I sprayed this on the spots and now it smells worse than before. It didn't neutrilze anything but made it smell stronger. Even when dry it was stronger smelling than before. Now I have to replace this rug. At least before we didn't smell it I just knew it was there and was hoping she would use that spot. She hasn't used that spot because everytime she goes to it she sneezes. Now it must be bad if my dog doesn't like the smell and sneezes at it.. 05-21-13

Just okay I love Don Aslett's products so I had high hopes for this one. I have only used this for the bathroom so far. When I sprayed the neutralizer I did not notice much difference right away. Eventually the odor did go away but it usually does even without the help of an odor neutralizer. I find that the Poo Pouri product works much more effectively for this type of use. Will try on other chores around the house but I am not a big fan so far. 05-20-13

very effective I own a family daycare, and I have to professionally shampoo the carpet twice a year because of the urine smell from pottying the children (2yr old). After watching the demonstration of this product, I decided to give it a try. After the 2nd day of spritzing, the odor is completely gone and my daycare does not have that urine smell. It "REALLY" Works!!:) LOVE this product because it REALLY works!!! I have 3 CATS that stay inside all of the time, so you know what that means......LITTER BOXES!!!! I keep my spray bottle next to them. Do NOT want to be without this prodct!!!! 05-10-13

X-O extremly light fragrance X-O neutralizer is really for any one who is sensitive to fragrance because there is no aroma and has a very extremly light fragrance for some one who love a pleasent scent its not the spray for you 05-07-13

My Review First time user. When I first sprayed this product into the air, the product itself does have a peculiar odor to it which goes away after a while. It does work on some odors but did not work on musky damp odors. 05-06-13

Not so great I keep trying this and it never helps with cat urine. Nor litter box. The smell of the x-o is not good either. Although it does smell better than cat urine. 05-06-13

THIS STUFF WORKS I LOVE THE WAY I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THIS XO NEUTRALIZER TO WORK EVERYTIME ALL THE TIME !! CAN NOT USE THE SPRAYS THAT JUST SMELL GOOD FOR A MINUTE DUE TO ALLERGIES BUT THIS WORKS FAST AT EMOVING ANYTHING FROM SMOKE ODORS TO CAT TINKLES ODOR .... Fantastic! It works just as they said it does. I would recommend this product to pet owners and homes where there are smokers. It doesn't mask odors as other products do, it removes the odor totally. Would I recommend this to friends and family? I'd recommend it to everyone! Don't sit on the fence until an odor occurs, order it now and never worry about odors again! 04-29-13

X-O Neutralizer Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product as it did not remove cat urine odor from carpet at recommended dilution or 50%/50% (X-O/Water) & 75%/25% (X-O/Water) dilutions. This is unusual as most things purchased on QVC work perfectly as advertised. 04-15-13

AWESOME! AWESOME! We have had trouble with a neighbor's cat spraying our house. The smell was terrible and you could smell it all over the house. This "no-stink" as my husband calls it, worked like a charm. A few sprays and no smell. This is a great product. 04-11-13

A MUST if you have a pet in your home This is the third time I've gotten this product and have yet to find a smell it won't take care of. I have dogs in the house and sometimes even dog sit for friends. This product takes care of any odor without just masking it with some type of floral scent. Just ordered a bottle for a friend whose home-based business is dog sitting. Give it a try, I think you'll like it! 03-29-13
