I just added another one of these mats and they're great. I have two tan in my front hall, my mud room and now my back hallway. I plan on purchasing a few more. They do prevent the dirt from being tracked in on your rugs and in your home especially in the bad weather months. I would highly recommend these if you have dogs, wish I had these when I had my dog. They can be hosed off and/or put in the bathtub to use the shower hose on. I would really love to see these in other colors such as brown and grey.

I have this in the reddish color on the covered porch at my in-laws home. It is very worn down and faded after only a year and there are only 2 people going in and out. Other Don Aslett mats lasted several years. I'm very disappointed in this one.

I have the large 28 x 48. It left black marks on my tile floor. I can't get it out of the grout. You should offer money back. It's been over a year, so of course I can't return it. What happened to the quality in QVC?

I ordered 2 of these mats. The tan one is outside and has held up 2 plus years. I love that it stays in place and doesn't slide. The light color doesn't show dirt either. I ordered the red color for inside in front of the sliding glass door that leads outside. Once again, it stays in place and doesn't slide when my dogs run to go outside. I only wish I would have ordered the tan color for the inside too. The darker color tends to show the light dog hair more. These are great mats though, and I love the size.

I have had my 2 rugs for quite awhile now. I bought them about a year or so ago, one larger one for inside the back door and a smaller one at the top of the stairway. I placed them over my existing wall-to-wall carpet and that was a mistake. The rubber backing on these rugs will create black marks on your carpeting that won't come out. It's as if they "bleed" through the back to your carpeting underneath. We are replacing the carpeting in that room and I will Not be using these rugs. Instead, I purchased some throw rugs and I'm sure they will work much better. These are okay for outdoors but I wouldn't suggest using them inside, especially over existing carpeting.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Kandace COLOR FADED - WON'T LIE FLAT
When I opened the box and pulled out the mat the color was slightly different than specified, I ordered the tan color. My mat had a pink tinge to it, not a true tan. The mat had small black blotches all over it and around some of the edging too. I thought I could pick or scratch it off, but no. The black is actually the backing of the mat that somehow transferred to the top of the mat. It didn't look too terribly bad so I kept it. I put the mat by my back door which is under a covered patio. The mat wouldn't lay flat so I thought that maybe the outdoor heat would help it to flatten out. Once again, no. Now, just a couple months later, the mat has faded to a Pepto Bismal pink which I do not understand as the mat never receives direct sunlight. It looks hidious next to my beautiful tobacco colored stucco walls. Still hasn't flattened out either. The mat is heavy duty but apparently not good quality. Too late to return.....my loss. The Q in QVC means Quality.....not this time! I'm extremely disappointed!

I ordered 4, they just arrived. There is a bit of an odor because it is a rubber product. However a little bit of the Don Aslett spray helps with that and after a day, it is hardly noticeable. I purchased them because I am tired of fighting the sand that dog paws bring in. The mats are doing their job and especially after the rain today. Will be purchasing 4 more.
