Dominique Dinouart Gemstone Sterling Pendant
I love this piece. It was even better when I received it than it was on line. You could not beat the price.
Beautiful in amber
Today, I just received the pendant in amber stone. Is big, elegant and beautiful. Definitely worth the value. I am sad because I just found out that the one in lapis stone is no longer available. I hope you'll bring the pendant in lapis stone back soon.
I purchased the Amber and I couldn't be happier with it. The stone is perfect; its a nice, deep color with all kinds of flecks in it-just the way I like it. The clearance price is phenomenal. I love Madam Dinouarts designs. I love Mexican silver. This is one of my favorite brands on QVC because of what I'm getting for my money. I'm anxiously awaiting her new designs.
Beautiful & A Great Value
I just returned from a trip to Mexico today and there is nothing that I could find that compares with this. First, the silver presence is huge for the price and you know, because it's QVC, that it is true silver. Second, the stone presence is huge for the price, and again, it's genuine, not plastic. It is beautiful and a great value.
Beautiful in lapis
I am very happy with this pendant. I love the high polished sterling silver and the lapis stone in my pendant is a beautiful shade of cobalt blue. The lapis is very striking with the silver. Dominique's pieces are modern and make a statement without being overdone -- this pendant is right there with her other jewelry.
I purchased the lapis and malachite and was shocked and disappointed at the poor quality of the stones compared to my beloved rings of DD's that complement this pendant. The malachite was dark and muddy with no banding. And the lapis was also dark and muddy with barely visible gold pyrite flecks. I know that stones will vary, but even the rings that were presented didn't look all that great. In any event, if the stone is not a desirable quality, you just shouldn't allow it to be put in the final product and sold. The stones in my rings are of so much better quality. The malachite is going back with certainty. I might keep the lapis against my better judgement because I've been searching long and hard for just the right lapis pendant and I like the style. DD, please don't settle for poor quality stones just to get a product out - you're too good for that.
