I have owned this ring for several years. Actually I own 2 of them. I'm a July baby so I'm all about rubies, Can never get enough of them. I use these rings to stack with each other or use my thinner Diamonique eternity bands on either side as well. I also use these rings as ring guards with other band rings & solitaires I own. The color of the simulated rubies is perfect. Not too red & certainly not pink.

Yes the rubies are a little pink but thats what happens with simulated rubies and I don't even care. I love this ring! I love the design, I love the cut of the stones and the size of them. This ring is so believable and beautiful!! It just sparkles and is perfect for my wedding band!

...but 1 star for comfort. Unfortunately the sides and the prongs are rough and catch on clothes, hair, etc. It would be absolutely perfect in a channel setting. Regardless, I am going to keep it and the identical one I ordered in the blue sapphire. They look gorgeous together and I have had many compliments already. Just too bad they aren't more comfortable to wear.

While the craftsmanship is good and the Diamonique stones are beautiful, same can't be said for the "rubies."
The rubies are pink, not red and when I say pink I mean like a dark pink sapphire, not a ruby. The color is nothing like the photo.
I was soooo looking forward for this ring! It is a great size and surprisingly comfortable.
Sadly, It is going back.

This is a really pretty ring but it was so scratchy between my fingers I couldn't wear it! The prongs all the way around are sharp and made my adjacent fingers sore after just a few hours. I had to send it back. Maybe a channel set next time. Disappointing!
Rated 5 out of 5 by valeriegeib Beautiful large ring
I bought this ring thinking that it was a total carat weight of 2.30 as the heading says. It is actually 4.60. I purchased it to try it out as a stacker with my platinum 2.57 e-ring and a 2.42 eternity. This ring overwhelms them. It is however, a beautiful ring, and I have had compliments on it. So, now I am not sure if I want a stacker ring, or a right hand ring of substantial size like this one in genuine stones. Really, this is so pretty I am not sure I need to drop the 10k to get this ring in diamonds and rubies. To me, the metal still looks like silver or in the very least brand new platinum, but no one seems to notice that but me. I am really really picky about jewelry, and usually prefer genuine stones, but this one is a keeper. It does look great stacked with just my eternity band. I don't think you can go wrong with this ring, a little pricey but beautiful!

… That is, Epiphany Diamonique & Lab-Created Sapphire Ring (J262463) is one of my most gorgeous rings, and when I combine it with the Ruby Band, my, oh, my. Ruby Band and Sapphire Band together are delicious in a ‘stack’- ring setting… simply scrumptious! That is the beauty of ‘Band Rings’, wear alone or on same finger to create a mesmerizing fashion statement. And with Platinum® Clad from Diamonique’s Epiphany collection there is plenty to dazzle with the prong-setting for ease of mind as to loss. The Platinum® Clad finish is the ‘cat’s pajamas’, or better yet… who’s to know that the bank is not all Platinum, not just Clad finish over Sterling. And the gemstones alternate in Princess-cut diamonds and rubies. If I could award it ten stars or more, I would do so in a ‘NY City minute’.
