Love it!
This is a great jacket. I ordered the teal & it is perfect. Yes, the sleeves are a bit poufy, but that adds to the style. My only suggestion would be to have a hook & loop at the top rather than the snap, as that shows when not snapped shut. It detracts a bit from the overall classiness of the garment, but is tolerable. Thanks, Dennis!

Lovely great color
Nice fabric a little tight around waist in medium . So I returned it , the large would be too big. Sorry to have to return it

Beautiful jacket but--sleeves too long and loose.
As are all Basso jackets this one is beautiful in evey way except for the sleeves which are too long and loose . Sorry to have to return it but would be costly to have altered.

Absoultely Beautiful
I received my jacket from Dennis Basso and it's absoultely beautiful. I bought the teal and it looks so rich. Perfect weight and very fashionable. I would recommend this for all ages. I hope Dennis makes it in black so I can purchase another one.

I received my jacket today and absolutely love it! I don't understand the complaints about the sleeves. They are poofy but add to the jacket. I love the pleats in the collar.

Classy Jacket
I received this from waitlist in cobalt blue in XL and I sized down and the fit is still generous and will fit over a sweater or blazer. The sleeves are a little long for me but they push up so its OK. The quality of the fabric, zipper and workmanship is excellent.
The style could go with jeans or a very dressy outfit. Very flattering too. This is the quality I have come to expect from Dennis Basso.

I Was a Teal Butterball
I was so excited to receive this jacket yesterday, but when I tried it on, I was so disappointed. It is a very well-made jacket and the pleating is beautiful. However, because I happen to be short and chubby, I looked like a teal turkey all trusssed up for the oven. So all of you short, chubbies out there, this is NOT the design for you. I thought the vertical lines would be slimming, but the collar and my own girth made me look like a beach ball.
Too bad because the craftsmanship was lovely and the color was saturated and beautiful. Sadly, beach ball was NOT the look for which I was going. It's already packed up and ready to go to the post office on Monday. <sniff, sniff>

A Great Go-To with Lots of Style
I ordered this jacket in small purple. The fit is perfect and the color is a beautiful hue of purple. I really like the detailing of this jacket. What I especially like is the pleating on the collar and the sleeve details. I like the puff sleeves. This is what differentiates this jacket from the norm. I also have a Marc Bouwer jacket that has the same sleeve detail.
This will be my go-to jacket. It will elevate a pair of jeans and tee.

Sleeves are a bit puffy
I ordered this jacket in the purple and really like it--the fit and cut of the jacket is very nice-- the pleating work is nice also. As far as the sleeves go-- I just rolled up the elastic cuff one time (the cuffs are not perfectly even or smooth beause of the elastic)-- it looks fairly decent and took some of the "puffiness" out of the sleeves. I'm not sure how many ladies would like this idea, but it works for me. This way I am able to keep the jacket that I really like instead of returning it.

As a former fashion designer, impressed with the quality of fabrication, details and design/styling. This is my second coat of his.....just love it!

Another Great Jacket from Dennis
I just received this jacket today. It is much better in person than on TV. I love love love it!!! I haven't purchased a bad Dennis Basso yet.

Disappointing Sleeves
I was so excited to receive this jacket until I tried it on. The fit was great, the color purple was stunning however, I could not do a thing with the sleeves. The elastic in the cuff was too loose so I was unable to push the sleeve up to form a poof. So.....I must return it. I own many Dennis Basso items, this was a terrible disappointment. I give this jacket 2 stars.
