"UPSTYLED" TRENCH
The coat is LOVELY! Great weight for Spring and travel.
I am very short so the uneven hem is out of scale for me
but I still love it and hubby says it looks good.
For the price this is a great value.
An upstyled trench coat for those of us who like just a bit of a tweak on the traditional.

Nice!
I was excited to get this coat but a little concerned that it might look too overpowering on me since I am just under 5'3" and 111 pounds. I ordered the blue in XXS and when I tried it on I just LOVED IT!!
The color is beautiful and the style is so chic and unusual. Even in the XXS, the arms did run a bit long, and I really can't hem them because the buckle around the cuffs is to close to the end, but I can manage with them a little long. As such, I also just got another Dennis Basso trench in XXS and the arms ran a bit more true to size....would suggest greater consistency in cut/length.
Lastly, from a design/style perspective, I felt the collar was a little boring...thought it could have used something a little more dramatic (but nor overly so) like making the lapel a little larger or something.
Oh, and before I forget....not quite sure what is going on with the belt. It's like I got a belt for a 3X or something? When I was putting it on I was like, "okay, am I suppose to be doing something special with this belt because them gave me way too much length". When I put it in the tightest hole, I must have 3-4 feet of belt handing down....oddest thing. I need to call Customer Service to check on that.
Overall...I'm keepn' it....LOVE the unique style!!

This coat arrived today, and boy was I happy when I put it on. Not only is the fit spot on, but it has a great look. I am 5'9.... and between 8 to 10 in sizing. I bought the black med.. so that I could use a couple of layers under if wanted. I also have long arms... and the sleeve length is perfect as well.
This is my first Dennis Basso purchase, and I can definitely say not my last!

What a treasure this smart trench is! It flows, flatters even my 5'4" frame, is craftly designed and very well made. LOVE it! I bought it in both colors because I loved the design so much. I highly recommend this jacket. Will wear it for a long time to come. Get this NOW! BTW - I'm about 125 pounds and 5'4" and bought it in XXS. Fits perfectly.

OMG OMG OMG
Omg! I LOVE this coat. I ordered the Medium in slate blue. I am 5'4", 135. I am a QVC 10 in jackets. I have a VERY hour glass figure. I look amazing in this trench. I cannot believe how sophisticated I look in this. The shape is very flattering. I am wearing it this week to our corporate office in LA . Who says you have to be a California gal to rock this fashionable coat! We southern girls can now have the same fabulous style! Thank you Dennis!!!!!

HIGH END STYLING
I RECEIVED THIS ITEM THIS MORNING. THE FIT WAS GOOD BUT WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE HANGER AND THE GARMET BAG THAT WOULD COME WITH EVERY DENNIS BASSO PURCHASE THIS ITEM WAS SHIPPED IN A PADDED PAPER ENVELOP IT WAS SHIPPED LIKE A $20.00 ITEM. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL ITEM BUT I WILL HAVE TO HEM THE SLEEVES. IT HAS A SILKY FINISH VERY HIGH END STYLING JUST DISSPOINTED THE WAY IT WAS SHIPPED
