Very cute & warm!
I have this coat in Cherry. I am 5'1" and wear a size S or XS. It is light weight and very warm. I also have A 86539 in grey but this is shorter in length which is very flattering for the petite woman.

I WEAR THIS IN SUNNY FLORIDA!
This coat is beautiful especially in the Cherry color. I wear it here in Florida because it is extremely lightweight, but warm, lux and yummy! This really is the only fur that I can comfortably wear here in our Winter climate. I did have to buy it one size smaller than my usual size,(see Chest measurements) and I still have room to spare. It is a very easy fit since it is a swing coat. It still gets 5 stars even though the fur bag that it came in was ripped and unusable. Please don't discontinue this winner Dennis Basso!!! At this point this coat has probably been purchased and returned and purchased again so many times that these things happen-like the loose buttons also. I still love it!

Lightweight but cozy warm
This is a lighter thinner faux, but surprisingly warm. Stylish, just love it. I bought the ivory color, it has dimensional color due to the texture. This is a great car coat, the thickness and length make it comfortable.

Casual Chic
This is a beautiful coat. I like that it is not as formal as some. It can be worn with jeans or dress-up. I ordered the 1X olive, and my husband who knows nothing about fashion even said it was pretty.

nice coat, but ivory, not so much
It's my first Basso coat, and I think it is quite well-made. I will need to return for a smaller size as true to size was too large. Word to the wise, the ivory is NOT the color shown online, and on TV it seemed much whiter than the one I received. Think dirty whitish poodle and that's the ivory. I had hoped for something winter white-ish, so I'll also switch colors.

wonderful coat
I just got the coat today nicest D.B. coat yet have 5 . Got it in cherry WOW what a nice color and feel not too heavy. But went buy the reviews. It doesn't run large.... I all ways buy D.B. in large this was so small had to send it bk reordered in same color but larger size.... LOVE THE COAT BEST EVER

It's Cute But....
I liked the textured rose design of the body of this jacket but when I saw the collar, I decided to return this jacket. I thought the collar looked kind of "ratty" looking.

Comfortable Jacket
I purchased this jacket as a Christmas present to myself and am very pleased.
My first color choice was the black but it had sold out in my size so ordered the cherry and I love it!
Great color and it is very soft and comfortable.
I hope Dennis brings this jacket back in black and in other colors for that matter.
I love that it is a swing style which provides comfort and is not bulky or restrictive.
It was warm enough in cooler temperatures but I am not certain it will provide
the warmth required for extremely cold weather.
Pleased to say that I've received many compliments!

So soft but very lightweight
I bought this jacket in cherry and ivory and I am keeping it although I wouldn't wear it outside for long periods in cold weather and am dissappointed in the ivory color. It is now the softest thing I own. Softer than other DB coats. I own a lot of ivory, I love that color, but this is too grey for me. I wouldn't have bought it if I had seen the color in person. It looks dingy and grey, like a sheep. The cherry color is awesome! This is perfect for what I do all day which is in and out of my car and home. The swing makes it easy to bucket up and it is long enough to cover my backside. However, I wore it outside in 40 degree temperature and it is lighter than a wool blazer. In a windy city I wouldn't want to walk with it, it isn't warm enough.

Also not my style
This is a pretty jacket and so soft too. Unfortunately for me, this swing style made me look heavy. I haven't had any luck with a DB coat or jacket. They run too big and the sleeves are always too long on me. I'm done!

Not My Style
I really wish I could give this a 5 star review like almost everyone else, but after receiving the jacket in the cherry color and trying it on, I felt that it made me look about 10 pounds heavier. This is my first Dennis Basso coat and maybe I am not used to the look of the faux fur. Also, the swing style seemed to add bulk too. I am tall and wear a QVC size Medium. I thought I would like this jacket when I saw the models wearing it, but it just was not flattering on me, much too bulky looking. I returned it already, but I am willing to try another DB coat, maybe one that has a more tailored style.
