Very Flattering
I wanted this in the black base color but it was not available at the time when I ordered this blouse - so ordered the brown color. I was very pleased with the way this covered certain areas of my body - it is a very generous cut.

lovely top
I love this top, but I am so sad because it was way too big. I wear a Large normaly so that is what I ordered here. I wear a 36 G bra size and thought this would be great as it wouldnt be clingy but it just looked like I was wearing a moo moo. The neck line looked really off on me as well. Maybe I would wear it if I got a smaller size?

Absolutely Beautiful!!
I was worried that the print would be too much as I am a 3X but it looked great! There was enough black that it wasn't too overdone. My only problem was I ordered a 2X (because his clothes are made so well I can usually go down a size) but received a 1X. I am exchanging it for a 2X even though my husband thought it was okay. I have several of Dennis' coats and always get compliments on them. This was my first top and is it beautiful. Thank you Dennis for making clothes that look great on all sizes!!!

Mine was an exception
I loved how this top looked and I just knew it would be great for me.
Sadly, mine had a problem.
The print was not layed out correctly in the front, and as a result , it looked awkward.
There was too much black and not enough blue flower.
Maybe if I ordered a few at the same time I could have selected the top with the ideal print pattern.
Hope this makes sense.
Wish it would have worked for me but I had to send it back.

Bought both colors -- STUNNING
This blouse is cut beautifully -- and as a 3x, I greatly appreciate the way the neckline is cut. Most blouses that are smocked or elasticized in the neck come far too high -- this relaxes just enough to be elegant and lie beautifully. Both colors are gorgeous. The only tweak I would make is to add about two inches to the length for the 3x size. Otherwise, this is perfection.

MY FIRST DENNIS BASSO, I AM IMPRESSED...
...EASY, BREEZY WEAR AND CARE on this delicious design and colors... I usually order size twelve, but the sizing guidelines for Dennis's Trumpet Sleeve Top is more than generous for my chest measurements, and my five foot frame. I like polyester material for its comfort in -- light weight, sheerness, and the ease of care, machine wash and line dry (in my case, a clothes rack). Unique are the toot of the trumpet sleeves, the visible, yet muted floral print, the versatility of dress-up or dress-down. The smocking neckline is a plus-plus in stability, as it hugs the neckline vs. falling forward or shifting around the chest. I have worn it with a scarf at the neck or around the waist, and I just happen to have a hand-made Ruana in blue hues obtained from my life in Manhattan NYC, visiting the annual Lincoln Center Craft Fair. I must mention that I wear my 'Peacock Ensemble' of Honora Pearls that looks smashing and chic! Thank you Dennis and I will look more closely at your offerings.
