Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing! This vest was heavier than I thought it would be. The material was good and it was true to size. There was a little gap in the arm holes in the front which wasn't bad but when I turned to the side the arm holes gaped about 3 inches away from the body and looked horrible. It may be a quality control issue or just bad design. Sending it back!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from RUNS SMALL, UNFLATTERING IF YOU HAVE HIPS " REVIEW TITLE" above says it all. Another $7 added expense to customer for trying it on. Unless you're over 5'6" tall & don't have hips, I wouldn't recommend this item for purchase. Fabric is too heavy to flatter a short woman &/or one who has hips.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too big I usually wear an XS or a 2 in Dennis Basso but due to the reviews I ordered a S. It is very large and boxy so back it goes! I recommend ordering your true Dennis Basso size which is much smaller than retail sizes( 6 in my case). Also, I think the shorter vests are more attractive on most women.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only one reason for Four Stars This is a great looking vest. The interior is yummy. However, it ran small in the bust for me so it has to go back. Disappointed! :(

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the Look I ordered the black in small because I am between S and M according to the size chart and I like a good fit in the shoulders. The actual vest is a tad smaller than represented but I usually don't wear vests closed. I removed the snaps and added a covered hook and eye clasp instead so the vest meets center on if I want to wear it closed. Mr. Basso, please note, the snaps are awkward and unattractive. The silver center is glaring. I only wear gold or gunmetal jewelry. Personally I think gunmetal is a better choice on black. Sizing and snaps aside, it is a beautiful garment. I'm tall and appreciate the length. It is supple and will look awesome with my leggings and over the knee black suede boots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SOFT & WARM... I bought this vest to put over a sweater for a winter jacket. It's going to be warm enough to do that! But I have to see if it will work as I hope it will. Very nice vest Dennis Basso! The only thing that disturbs me is the tension they put when sewing the button on...gathers the fabric upward towards the button...looks unflattering...I might return!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I have tried many other vests, but this is the first, and only, vest which looks feminine on my 3X body. I didn't find the armholes to be small as others did, and I love the princess seams, the bunny fur-like interior, and the long length with thoughtful side slits. I feel like even the shoulders were cut slightly narrower to be more attractive. I got the taupe because that's what caught my eye, and it's very neutral. If I used the snap in front it would be too tight across the chest, but I don't plan on using the snap. In the video, the hostess and models didn't snap it closed either. I personally removed that snap, but if you do, be VERY careful AFTER you decide to keep the vest. Removing the stitches with manicure scissors from on top of the snap did not leave holes in the fabric. There is a tiny bit of dressmaker's chalk under, but it came off with a lint roller. There is also a bit of a rub mark, but I believe it will not be noticeable over time. If the front rolls open it is only to that delicious faux fur! Just LOVE my new vest, Dennis!!!
