I purchased this coat and thought that it looked like it would serve me well this Fall. After receiving this coat, my expectations were met, and then some! Love the length and weight of the coat.....not too warm, but keeps me warm enough for fall days. I bought the brown coat, washed it, and have not wanted to take it off! Not warm enough for winters in upstate NY but perfect for my fall needs. Love it!

I love this jacket. It's warm and comfortable and I can wear it with anything. The buttons are really pretty too. So happy that I purchased it. I bet all the colors are beautiful.

I have worn this coat a few times and it fits great, is very comfortable and best ---it is OK with rain as I live in Seattle!!! Looks hip! I size down from a medium to a small....Oh and in Dennis Bassos words "it puddles nicely" which means it is a soft washable suede.

BUY this jacket!!! It fits and I haven't needed to wash it yet but what a great idea! Saves in dry cleaning bills. The sleeves are long and the sizing is right on.

Jacket fits well. I am 5' 4" and the length is perfect # slightly higher than mid thigh# I turn up the cuffs for the sleeves to fit and there is suede for about 2 inches so the liner doesn't show. Great purchase!

Love this jacket - soft and supple and keeps you warm for in between seasons - like fall and spring. Great buy

I would rather it have been more fitted, but I'll keep it as an outer coat. Beautiful evergreen color, well saturated. Tailoring is feminine but still roomy in the right places.

I'm 5'2", XL-2X tops, M-L bottoms. [how I LOVED standard sizing of yore] I have a similar Dennis Basso blk. suede 1X, it is "roomy". I ordered a 2X in this, which fits . Although the length in inches was listed as nearly the same, this jacket is a bit shorter....but for me...OK. I ordered this because of it being WASHABLE. [ in this area, to dry clean = $50-$75]. The suede is nice; black-nice - dark saturation.......a bit heavy, but not too..... I WOULD APPRECIATE A hem SLIT in back.......and will purchase another of these...if that feature is incorporated in garment.
THANKS DENIM & CO., I WEAR YOU---EVERY WHERE...and have for YEARS.........

The suede on this jacket is beautiful. Great quality. I ordered the size according to the sizing chart. I would be able to wear this jacket with a bulky sweater underneath. It was VERY roomy. I ordered a M and should have ordered a S (which normally I wear a L in shirts). This jacket runs big. It was a nice length and covered by behind. I returned it because I had difficulty buttoning the jacket. The metal buttons are a very nice detail and gave the jacket a very polished look. I have arthritis and the buttons were difficult to push through the hole. A softer suede covered button would have been easier on my fingers.

I purchased this coat in a size S, evergreen color. I was very happy with the color, the fit, the style. I'm 5'2" and the sleeves on this garment can be turned up at the cuff without exposing the inner lining. That is a welcome relief. However, I wore the coat for the first time today. It was between 54 and 55 degrees on this day and I had the coat on for about three hours max. When outside I felt as if I was wearing a windbreaker. There was no insulation, no warmth to be found with this coat. I had on one of my thicker long sleeve Denim & Company tops, pants, sneakers and a wool hat and this coat just allowed the cold to go right through me. The total cost of this purchase was $85 and I thought a suede coat would keep me warm. It doesn't. I purchased a Susan Graver boucle coat for around $40-$45 which provided the same level of warmth as this suede coat and was a lot less money. This D&C coat is on its way back to the Q.
