Happy With This... I bought this to wear with a denim sleeveless maxi and a chambray short sleeve skirt outfit...I usually am cold so I needed something to cover my arms and I was hoping this would be nice enough for dinner out. It ran a tad short in the waist but I am long-waisted so that was no surprise. I wear an XS or S depending and I ordered an XS in this...34 B with a wider back and broader shoulders. A bit snug but wearable, and for the price point, acceptable. The blue is definitely a brighter navy, perfect for summer evenings with nice details...ribbon trim, princess seaming, buttons at cuff, nice understated peplum in back. 03-19-13
