Seemingly unlike other wraps, this wrap is easy to wear. It stays in place and does not slip off when you move around to do something. The color choices are good. I've worn it over a t-shirt with jeans. The price is spectacular.
Rated 5 out of 5 by DizMcTiz Awesome Ruana
I would call this a ruana and not a poncho. Ruanas are a wrap style that came from Andes region where they are known for their woven fabrics. I have a beloved ruana that I purchased in Peru and am always worried that I will ruin it. This ruana will be perfect for those times that I don't want to be so careful because I can wash it. The tight weave of the fabric will keep the chill off. The dark chocolate option has a lovely combination of colors: dark chocolate, rust orange, mustard, light and dark olive, light turquoise, and cream which really almost reads as grey because of how it is woven. I'm surprised that this was not labeled as a Studio Denim & Co. item because it seems like a step above the normal Denim & Co.

Just rec'd and am very pleased with it. It is much nicer than expected and I believe it will be great with jeans and anything in the denim colors. I got the gray/blue/red pattern. It runs big, but that is fine with me, as I am a plus size lady. Look forward to wearing it when it get cooler in Arizona.
Rated 3 out of 5 by WestieLover_1 "NAVY COMBO" IS PURPLE; "GRAY COMBO" IS OLIVE
I really liked these ponchos on air and purchased the gray and navy combos. I still like the southwestern design because it makes it different than run-of-the-mill ponchos. However, I was really disappointed to see that the "navy" in the navy combo is more PURPLE than navy and the "gray" is overwhelming in shades of olive. Yes, after looking at them under the lights in my house, I thought maybe they would look different in natural light. So, I took them outside to check the colors. Nope, the navy sections of the "navy combo" were still purple and the "gray" combo still looked olive. I especially wanted the navy poncho to wear with blue jeans. However, next to any color of blue jeans (bleached, indigo, dark indigo) the poncho's colors stand out as purple NOT navy. Overall, I would recommend this poncho to a friend. However, I would be very clear that the "navy" is more purple than navy and the "gray" is mainly olive. I usually wear L or XL. I did not want to be overwhelmed by the poncho so I bought the M/L and found it to be just right.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Eldins Pretty, but
I purchased the brown and blue and both are very pretty to the eye, but they are extremely heavy and itchy. They also run very big. If you live where it gets super cold then I would say they would be good, but I live in Arizona and they are way to heavy for Arizona's fall/winter.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Kachina624 Very Southwestern
This fabric looks and feels like wool and has a texture that keeps it on the shoulders. It's a bit short in back but this can be adjusted by rearranging it on the shoulders. It's very attractive, I got the chocolate, and genuinely Southwestern (live in Albuquerque). It's probably more decorative than functionally warm. Would probably be best worn over another coat or jacket, like a leather jacket instead of a scarf. I may sew up the sides as another reviewer suggested as it would be warmer and more functional. The fit is generous; they probably could have gone with misses and plus. Order this poncho then get out your jeans, boots and turquoise jewelry.

I returned this because it just looked like I had thrown a blanket over my shoulders. I think if it had been sewn together to make it a true poncho it would have been much better.
