Love this slow cooker I love this product! I've made soup, potroast, chili in it so far with no problems at all. My next food prep will be meat sauce for spaghetti. The digital feature is great! I would recommend this to all. 07-23-09
Sorry it didn't work out Rec'd this item last week while I was out of town, so I was excited to use it this past Sunday for dinner. I put it on LOW for 5 hours, but when we got home, it had turned off and cooled down, and not switched to warm. I loved the idea of a smaller crock pot, since there is only two of us. My larger Rival Crock-Pot works like this one should have. Great effort, maybe you could get Rival to come up with a 3-4qt size with the same features??? 05-27-09
Poor purchase I have been looking for a 3.5 qt oval cooker and was glad to see this. When it arrived, I followed instructions using 2 cups water; however, lighting behind temp control did not seem to work. After playing with it for awhile, the indicator light did come on. The next day, I tried it for our dinner, set temp on low, set timer for 8 hrs and left it. After 4 hours, I checked it only to find the all the liquid had boiled away and food was burned. Fortunately, I had saved the packing so boxed it up and returned it. My 30 yr. old round crockpot has been a reliable appliance. 05-23-09
Love it! I have used this 3 times, I made pot roast, tri tip and turkey wings. All have come out great!!!!!! My kids and husband love the dinners, best of all I put the meat on in the morning and by the time 5:00 comes dinner is ready. you should get this!!!! 05-16-09
Very confused! I received this slow cooker as a Mother's Day gift and was thrilled to get it. I saw the on air demonstration and thought this would be the perfect slow cooker, so when my daughter asked what I wanted for Mother's day I told her I wanted this! I have the large Kitchenaid and was looking for something smaller for my husband and I. This seemed perfect. I followed the instructions and tested the slow cooker by putting a couple of cups of water in and setting the timer for 30mins. Set it on high...the timer counted down to zero and then it appeared to shut off. It's suppose to automatically go into warm mode. The warm light did not come on. I went to the Deni website and sent them an email asking if the light should come on. This morning I found the number for their customer service so I gave them a call. The rep I spoke with told me the warm light should come on when it goes into warm mode and if mine did not I should return it. When I got home from work I had an email response from Deni also....the email indicated the slow cooker will count down to zero the display will go blank and it will automatically go into warm mode, but the warm mode light will NOT come on! I boxed it up and sent it back....I have no idea whether it was working properly or not! I've decided to try find a different one! 05-11-09

Works Great! Got this just in time to use for my Easter ham. I used the warm setting to keep the sliced meat warm for a buffet dinner. It worked great. Didn't dry the meat out. Kept it really moist. I like the oval shape. I think it will work best for the odd shaped pieces or oblong roasts. I also like the setting options. Never had one with a warm setting. This cooker will get lots of use, year round. It was easy to clean too. 04-16-09
