Dell Inspiron 15.6" Touch Laptop - A12, 12GB RAM, 1TB HDD is rated 3.1 out of 5 by 735.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from I am going to probably return this. I've been using this laptop for the last week and it has got to be the one of the worst machines I have ever used. It is IMMENSLY SLOW. Like I already purchased this for more of a browsing/downtime laptop - its not the main one I work on and even by that standard it's awful. The Windows 10 OS is garbage. Nothing is customizable and if it is, its not user friendly nor easy. Even simple things like changing contrast and colours on your display. AVOID THIS MESS.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inspiron review If you want a beautiful but SLOW laptop, this one is great. If you need speed, this is not the one. Too bad and highly disappointed in the performance. Returning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, fast computer The Inspiron 5565 computer is fast and easy to set up. It is pretty to look at too. Mine is bright red in color.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inspiron 5565 Just received a replacement laptop after my original purchase developed a bulge near the 'Delete' button. The first one was also prone to crashing and having to restart itself. I have had the replacement for about a week, and it has crashed once so far. Hope it doesn't become a habit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice design and bells and whistles I am happy with my system (though it is a bit slow at times). But I can't be too mad at that considering the price, and the fact that there is an HHD rather than an SSD. Needs a little more RAM after that has been resolved and this machine will be killer. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would buy from Dell again. Nice design, great touch screen, good battery and decent sound. I am impressed at what Dell can pull off for the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Unit Bought a "basic" system, as that was really all we needed. System performs well, and generally is easy to use and get setup. I wish there was more "upfront" information about what hardware would yield "good", "better" or "best" performance, it's easy to get lost in all the spec's and not really know what to buy to get the expected performance (this would be a suggestion for the sales/marketing depts). Overall, I like the system, and would definitely buy another
