I didn't realize until after I set up my password, that the top right corner of the keyboard was popped out slightly. It had arrived this way and being busy I didn't notice immediately. Gently with my fingernail I pushed it in until I heard it snap in place. Afterwards I tried to log back in and couldn't. I kept getting an error message that password was not correct. I began to panic and wondered what was going on. After multiple attempts I soon learned the reason. The letters M,O and L were no longer working. I'm very disappointed to say the least. I will be returning it today.

I am enjoying this new computer and windows 10 is user friendly on it. I am not having any trouble accomplishing any tasks except that my cursor keeps jumping around like someone else is controlling it. I recently changed the battery in my mouse so I can't think of why it would. Any thoughts out there? I do like this machine and it does meet my expectations very well.

Starts very slow, programs open very slowly. Things just don't run well. Not the deal they make it out to be, Toshiba computers with Intel core processors are much much better.

Worst Laptop I have ever bought... this was my 4th laptop purchase from Dell always loved the products I have purchase until I bought this one. I purchased this computer because mine was old and running slow this computer runs slower then my old one I contacted Dell and they will not stand behind the product at all they just want to keep doing factory resets on it which takes 10+ hrs because of how slow the computer is I will never purchase another Dell product. QVC has nothing to do with this

I've had my computer for about 2 weeks. This is the first time I've bought a Dell laptop computer. I wanted to try a different brand. In comparison to all the HP desk and laptop computers I've had in the past, this computer is just average. The things I like is the exterior of the computer is nice. I like the 17 inch size - not to big, not to little. I like the fact that it has DVD player, USB's and Ethernet, SD Card Reader. Graphics are very clear. Unable to use standard earbuds, the plug is too small and will need an adapter - still trying to locate the right adapter size. The audio is okay. My 8 year old HP desktop audio was awesome! Booting up the computer seems to take forever. Pages loading from the internet is slow - that could be an internet connection problem. And, not to be offered much software with the computer, I think the price could be a tad bit lower. You get free trials on some software. Overall, for basic computer use or for a beginner this would be a good computer.

Got two of these lovely dell laptops in December 2015. This February they both broke down so i try to use my lifetime tech support. When i called dell every single time i would get the same guy and everytime he had a new name same voice accent everything just new name i would tell him my error code first he would call me a liar then would put me on hold and two seconds later click line is dead so i would call back againg. And the same thing would happen over and over its dell who is to blame Not qvc .

Not sure if we got a lemon or what but thank goodness for the tech support, well kinda.
Would have to restart it every time you wanted to get into Chrome. Both times going through tech support they said they had it fixed but no such luck. Have had people say they won't buy anything but Dell but this laptop is on it's way back to QVC.
