Disappointed We purchased this laptop early June 2012; very excited by what we saw on QVC and thinking we were getting a good PC. It was a lot of money for us and appreciated the easy pay installments. All was good at first - was even going to recommend this unit or a Dell for my parents. However, early November the PC just shut down and went black. I called Dell and they tryed to fix it on line. Appears the hard drive died. I had to send it back for repairs. When it came back I then had to call Dell again to reload items that came on the computer.....and now I find out they didn't even put everything back on as it was when I ordered it. Very frustrating that a computer dies when it isn't even 6 months old and that when they fix it; the computer does not come back like it was when I ordered it. I feel like I paid for a PC that I no longer have.....found out this morning that I don't even have the MS OFfice that came on it anylonger now either. Will never ever buy a Dell again. Money out the window and that makes me angry at myself for making a bad choice. 11-24-12

Never Again I bought this computer for my on line classes. The hard drive blew with the first three months of use. Dell sent a service tech to my home to replace the hard drive only to have it break again two months later. I have to send it a service center and in the meantime I am struggling to complete my assignment and I may have to drop the class. I vow to never buy a Dell ever again. 11-18-12

The Best System I love my new Dell laptop. First I was disaponinted becasue I was told I wouldnt get my laptop until 15 buisness, once I ordered it though I received it in 3 days so that was a nice surprise.When I receivied it, it was easy for first install. I no problems with my laptop except I had a problem with microsoft office starter but it has been resolved. 08-27-12

not worth it this pc looks good and sounds great for all you get but after awhile starts to slow way down and has trouble loading even with internet- will not buy another dell in the future- package looks great but beware-all dell says (its not system problem its a program problem not covered under warranty) 06-05-12
