I've had the computer for about 4-1/2 weeks. Spreadsheets, internet, email and MS office... nothing fancy. I've gotten errors that shut the computer down several times now before I can even read the error. This last time it gave me a code and I snapped a picture with my phone quickly so I have the code.
Called QVC for the Dell support #. As of now, I'm o the support call for 16 minutes and counting. Dell support had me read the service tag and express code #s off the laptop. So far she can't help me because she has no record of the system (I registered the first time I booted the computer up.) She needs to escalate to someone... I'm on hold now - for 5 minutes and counting... She just go back on the phone now and said her computer is locked, she can't help me, she can't transfer me, she can't speak to anyone else whose computer isn't locked (????) and I should call back in a half hour and see if someone else can help me. WHAT???? It's an off-shore computer help center and completely useless.
As soon as I can get the computer to boot, off come my files and the computer goes back!

Switched back to Windows from my MacBook due to the value of this compared to pricing of Apple and Apple has yet to make a 2in1. For starters the system takes up over 44gb of the 256. Yes it's fast but I haven't loaded anything onto the computer itself. I thought 15.6" would be suitable. It's just entirely too big to be a "2in1" or "laptop". Just a personal preference, it's thin just very big. Nice computer quick start up but don't think I will be keeping this
