I will never buy Dell again. My computer is less than one year old. Multiple problems. Similar to previous reviews. Bought the additional warranty. However, within first year... when they finally admitted there was a problem with the computer within the one year period....they first sent me a new drive and told me to take a screw driver... dissasemble and re-assemble. I never imagined that the warranty meant that I would have to take the computer apart on my own. When they finally relented and decided it was time to send it in for repairs... they couldn't repair it... and their response was to replace it with a cheaper, smaller unit... it wasn't "brand new" so, you get sort of a pro-rated response. Still have problems... but, not eager to go back through all the hassles with these people again. They weren't all that pleasant either. Hunk of junk. If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased this laptop about a year ago. It works really well and I love the lighted keys. My only complaint is Windows 10, it is extremely slow on start up. That, however, is not a Dell product so the Laptop itself cannot be judged.

Bought this for daughter for college December 2015. Stopped working a month and half after purchased. Was told it was past 30 days so could not return but could send in for service. Have not had the laptop for a year yet but have had to send in for service multiple times. It was really hard to find a number for customer service. I would not recommend buying this product. Dell does not provide good customer service.

I ordered this 15" Dell laptop after having to return a smaller Dell laptop because it stopped working, I couldn't even turn it on. I had to contact Dell customer service which is a pain in the neck. Many different phone numbers and people to talk with. When I received this new 15" laptop I noticed that Microsoft Office was not included, which comes with the laptop. I called QVC customer service, was told to contact Premier Support, included with the laptop. They were useless, gave me Dell's phone #. I contacted Dell, spent over 1 hour with customer service with no solution. All I wanted was Microsoft Office installed on my laptop which needs a key code # from Dell. The customer service rep could not do that. Finally I was told a key code would be sent in the US Mail. I did receive the code, installed Office which was so easy. I now have a fully working laptop, hopefully will not have to contact Dell again. If I do have another issue with the laptop, I will have to return it to QVC as was the first one I ordered.

Very frustrated to save up for a new work laptop, only to have so many problems with it. Slow, Windows 10 apps do not work, poor technical support. I don't know about you, but I do not have time to spend hours on something I purchased to make my life easier.
