- 1 lb hot sausage
- 2 (8-oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 can of green chili and tomatoes, drained
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- Crumble and brown the sausage in a medium skillet; drain the grease. Add the softened, room temperature cream cheese and the drained can of chili/tomatoes. Mix thoroughly with a large spoon. Transfer to a serving dish and place on a platter. Surround the serving dish with the tortilla chips.
*This dip is best served warm. It can also be made ahead of time and refrigerated. But, be sure to warm it before serving.
