Rated 2 out of 5 by Short Life on the Non-Stick Coating I have owned this set for about a year. I never put it in the dishwasher and don't really even cook all that much, and still the non-stick coating failed after only about six months. It's now at the point where I have to replace the set entirely. While I like Cuisinart's small appliances, their pots and pans leave a great deal to be desired. 03-20-15
Rated 5 out of 5 by Absolutely love these pans I bought these pans to replace my worn hard anodized pans. I really liked my old pans but wanted a healthier non stick coating. I am really surprised by the negative review. So surprised, that I had to post this review. These pans are the best non stick pans I have ever purchased. One of the first meals I made was a dish with melted cheese, I was absolutely amazed that the cheese literally peeled off the inside of the pan like a thin sheet of paper. I've never written a review of a product before, but had to say that these are really GREAT pans and the non stick is absolutely amazing! 02-14-13
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst purchase ever Yes, these pans have a nice weight and they do conduct heat well. However, I bought them for the healthy nonstick feature. The frying pan is horrible. Everything sticks even when I add oil (which I don't want to do). I guess I might try using PAM but my understanding is the chemicals in the pam ruin the nonstick surface. You might as well try some inexpensive pans in discount stores for the frying pan to see if you get better results. 11-18-12
