Cuisinart Cook Central 3-in-1 Multi-Cooker is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 7.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Small I was disappointed that this slow cooker was so shallow. Not enough room to put a roast or chicken. May be ok for cooking for one. I'll be sending this back.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not So Good Sorry folks, this was a disappointment. I do love the slow cooking function but searing was sub par. Doesn't get hot enough to do a good job. Plus the size of the pot makes it too small to do a good slow cook job with a seared pot roast and the accompanying vegetables. I switched to slow cook after searing and followed the instructions from Cuisinart. I added my potatoes, onions and carrots. Slow cooked on low for 12 hours then added 2 more hours and veggies still not done. So I removed all and put in the oven in a roasting pan at 200 degrees and cooked for 2 hours. Perfect. This appliance will go back. Its great for slow cooking chili or soup but too expensive for just that function.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I was Looking For! Having shoulder and wrist weakness and pain I was so trilled to find the weight of the product not as heavy as others I'd seen in person. Already browned a pot roast before reducing to slowcooker mode. Cant wait to see the additional time saving steps Ill get when making soups, not to mention all the dishes I wont have to wash. Very pleased!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Preview Your Review I purchased this about six months ago and just bought a second one. The features that the Cuisinart Central 3-in-1 Multi-Cooker offers make it possible to truly make one pot meals. This product gives new meaning to slow cooking. One feature that may be overlooked is the simmer feature. I work at an organic fruit and vegetable farm and learned very quickly how to capitalize on the features of this multi-cooker. There is no limit to what it can do. Highly recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look no further!!! I love crock pots and multi cookers. If you are looking for a reliable brand and a perfect multi cooker you will not be disappointed. This crock pot does everything, it Browns, it Sautes, it streams and slow cooks on high and low, is programmable and has a temperture you can set up to 400. I have a hearty beef stew in mine cooking right now! This crockpot is worth the 159.99 in the time it saves and the energy efficient cooking (it costs less to use a crock pot than an electric or gas oven). I can assure you, you will not be dissapointed. It is hard to find crock pots that have the browning feature....I have a 3.5 quart pot made by Techniques brand that QVC use to sell and it had this feature. I loved the little pot, but needed something bigger. I never right reviews, but I had to on this one. There is anothe retailer that also sells this idential pot by Cuisinart at the same price and it has 5 stars on that site also....Trust the Stars!
