Creamy Greek Vinaigrette

- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1-1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp honey
- 1 anchovy filet, minced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Combine all the ingredients (except the feta) in a large bowl. Stir well and then fold in the feta. Refrigerate until needed.
