Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THESE TOMATOES! I ordered these tomatoes last year and planted in my garden. I usually put out around 40 - 50 tomato plants each year because I always can them to use all year long. The reason I buy these are they are heirloom varieties that are hard to find. They grew to over 6 ft. tall and I had tomatoes till frost. I can't wait to get them. Make sure you stake them because they do get huge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They are Tasty Heirlooms So it's always more about the flavor, But also has to be about the care to get the crop quantity. I'm back for the 3rd year, With a Gap Year after my 1st year. I thought on the 2nd year I could buy at my local Ace, That turned out to be a wasted summer. I really enjoy this grouping. I always get more tomatoes than I can eat, freeze or jar I give away a lot too, Now my friends ask me for them.I recalled 6 times I took my laundry basket out and filled it 1/2 way. My adult son came and picked a small basket one day and said "Mom this is worth like $50/70 buck worth at Farmers Market" yet there were still more on the vines. I always buy two sets. in past years it was 6 plants now 5, but the price is lower this year per plant by .40 For me the value was there in taste and quantity. I did plant in the ground using fluffy row of straw and soil, I staked an ally of no climb fencing from tractor supply, planted between the fencing, added drip line and fertilizer. They grew 6' high and 4' wide each plant in zone 9.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not productive The 1star is for the presentation but it went down hill from there. This was my first try. I was so excited to grow my own tomatoes. I put in a lot of effort buying pots and soil and fertilizer, getting up early every.day to water and in the end the only plant that gave me more than a couple was the tiny tomatoes and all I really wanted was tomato sandwiches. I only got 3big enough at the end of summer.what a waste of time and money. I was so disappointed that I don't know if I will try again which makes me so sad.
